Ngan does amazing nails!! Thi does my pedicures and she’s great as well! Not only do I love the nails but I love the vibe we have in the store. They’re so welcoming, it’s conversation and jokes the whole time!! ❤️❤️ My fav ladies.❤️ Han is the cashier and she helps me translate the entire time. She’s the glue!!! Love them all!!
The best nail salon that I have been to in Saigon. All staffs are very professional and friendly. I am very well taken care of every single I have been here. My nail always lasts very long up to 5 weeks without any damage to the color and design.
I had a pleasant experience at the Nail Room! Thúy was skilled and detailed when doing my nails- from removal to colour to designs. In fact, she did an amazing job replicating the proposed nail designs. Love it, thank you. 😇 Highly recommend Thúy for nail designs xo

I travel a lot to Ho Chi Minh City and regularly get my nails done here, so I’m very familiar with normal salon pricing and how services are usually charged. Before sitting down, my husband and I asked about the price for the nail set and extensions I wanted. But once I sat down, the nail tech suddenly started adding separate charges for almost every single step, nail cleaning, cuticle cutting, gel color, extensions, and even French tips per finger. I completely understand charging extra for detailed nail art, but many of these were basic parts of the service that are usually included or clearly explained upfront at other salons. The pricing felt misleading because the total kept increasing after we had already asked for the cost beforehand. At that point, I decided to leave before starting the service. Later, I went to another salon and got almost the exact same set done for more than 50% less with clear pricing from the beginning. This review is simply to warn other walk-in customers, especially foreigners like me, to confirm every individual charge before agreeing to service. Transparent pricing matters, and this experience did not feel honest or professional to me.
