Just received a great scissor cut from Folk & Fade. Been traveling for a month and my hair was very long and shaggy. Needed it cleaned up but still wanted to keep it medium long. Back in the states barbers only seem to use clippers, so was happy they were so skilled with scissors.
Well, it's my first ever review of a haircut but they deserve it. Amazing skills, I was sceptical at first as he was doing it sort of backwards starting from a trim but at the end result proves that he is a master in this art. Did not get his name, a young guy with blond hair, not that many around here :-)
As an American who’s seen a fair share of barbershops, this little gem in Vietnam is the one I’d actually fly back for. Their attention to detail and the fresh cut vibes are second to none. Trust me, if you’re ever in Vietnam, you owe it to yourself to check this place out!
First time visiting Folk & Fade in Thảo Điền and really impressed. The space has a cool New York industrial feel with exposed brick and Edison bulbs - perfect atmosphere to relax. My barber was skilled, friendly, and took his time to get the cut just right. Walked out looking exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend if you’re in District 2!
