Awesome steak place that servers halal beef (australian) and a calm ambient environment that suffices my taste buds along with the sick food and drinks especially the jasmine tea

As a regular customer who has visited this place several times, I believe your staff should be properly informed about what is included in the "All Time Favorite" menu. When I asked about the side dish, I was told, "You didn't ask for it." However, on every previous visit, your staff proactively asked me which side dish I wanted, which clearly indicated that it was included with the menu. This time, after ordering the All Time Favorite steak, no one mentioned the side dish at all. From a customer's perspective, it is reasonable to assume that the promotion or inclusion of the side dish has ended. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the response. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, the responsibility was shifted to the customer. If a simple apology had been offered for forgetting the side dish, I would not be writing this review. Mistakes happen, and most customers understand that. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. The apology I received was for the sauce charge that was later refunded, not for the side dish being omitted. I mention this only because you may respond by saying that an apology was already given, when in fact the issue I am raising here was never acknowledged.

Nice atmosphere with a cozy and upscale vibe, great for dinner dates or hanging out with friends. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was good overall, and the steak was cooked properly, but personally I didn’t find it particularly outstanding for the price. Still a decent experience if you’re looking for a fine dining spot in Thao Dien.

wine quantity depends on the staff. the female bartender pours small quantities. The male bartender pours a reasonable quantity. As a frequent visitor, it annoys me. I've spoken to her a few times. Goes no where

My girlfriend and I went here for Christmas dinner. Candy and the entire staff were great! We had a Ceasar salad, Beef empanada app and the USDA prime filet, everything was cooked perfectly. For drinks we started with a glass of red wine and I finished with 4 old fashioneds. The bartenders are skilled and knowledgeable. We finished the night off with the chocolate cake and ice-cream, oh and free shots of their El Caramel Vodka. Thank you El Gaucho for making my Christmas abroad amazing !
