Xuân Thủy의 BiaCraft는 확실한 방향성 덕분에 Thao Dien에서 손꼽히는 리뷰 기록을 쌓아왔다. 잘 관리된 크래프트 맥주와, 그 자체로 주문할 이유가 충분한 바 푸드가 핵심이다. 탭 리스트는 폭넓은 스타일을 아우른다. 세션너블 필스너(그중 Myth는 단골들이 반복 주문하는 메뉴), 묵직한 것을 원하는 이들을 위한 정통 더블 IPA, 그리고 Oreo 스타우트와 레몬 파이 IPA 같은 개성 넘치는 잔들까지. 취향이 제각각인 일행도 저마다 자리를 찾을 수 있는 라인업이다.
주방은 이 동네 대부분의 개스트로펍 음식보다 수준 높은 아시안-아메리칸 퓨전 메뉴를 선보인다. 치킨 스킨 nachos는 다진 돼지고기, BBQ 소스, 비어 치즈, 사워 크림, 할라피뇨를 바삭한 치킨 스킨 위에 쌓아 올린 요리로, 단골들이 특히 다시 찾게 만드는 대표 메뉴가 됐다. chimichurri를 곁들인 갈릭 브레드도 팬층이 두텁다. 주방이 닫히기 전에 꼭 주문하려고 일찍 도착하는 손님도 있을 정도다. 프라이드 치킨은 네 가지 스타일로 제공된다. 하바네로-망고 소스의 클래식, 달콤 매콤한 고추장 글레이즈, 달달한 간장과 beni shōga를 곁들인 쓰촨 스타일, 그리고 Buffalo. 호주산 와규 비프 버거와, 베이컨 지방·포크 플로스·비어 치즈로 버무린 드런큰 베이비 포테이토가 메뉴의 든든한 마무리를 맡는다.
앞쪽 구역은 거리 쪽으로 열려 있어 저녁에는 바람이 잘 통하지만, 오후에는 다소 더울 수 있다. 주로 외국인 거주자와 현지 전문직 종사자들이 찾으며, 한 번의 방문에 그치지 않고 단골 코스로 삼는 경우가 많다. 리뷰 전반에 걸쳐 직원이 자주 언급된다는 점은, 진정한 단골 문화가 자리 잡았음을 보여준다. 서비스는 빠르고 활기차다는 평가가 꾸준히 이어진다.

Very nice, modern bar and restaurant in Thao Dien. They have a vast beer menu, though I’m definitely not going to try the Oreo beer or the lemon pie IPA (no way). Anyway, I tried the three pilsners they have on tap, and all of them were very good — the Myth was my favorite. The menu is interesting, and I really enjoyed the Italian sausage. Good crowd, good atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

A good place to drink many kinds of beer with simple foods. The best of the best menu for me and my friend is garlic bread with chimichurri garlic sauce. Really this menu is so Goooooood, we visit here because of the bread , not because of beer. So we had to get here before the kitchen closes. As soon as we get here, we order bread first. Ordering garlic bread is a mandatory thing you should do. Please remember this.
Fun drinking space, airy, not too noisy. Some fried dishes are a bit dry. Enthusiastic staff, quick service, have been drinking many times. Thanks
Absolutely enjoyed my time at Biacraft. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the management knows exactly what they’re doing—every detail is thoughtful and well-executed. I ordered the combo for two and paired it with a cold beer—everything was spot on. The food quality exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates good craft beer and great food.
