Pathetic experience. I am told some stupid celebrity thought of opening a food joint and this is the outcome. Street food sellers in and around Saigon offer better food and food that actually tastes good. Basic wooden tables and chairs that look like crying for help. Street food sellers have similar sitting arrangements. Coming to service, the waitress literally flung the coasters on the table while placing the drinks which once again was ice, water and some jelly floating to survive from drowning. The lesser said the better when it comes to food. It is not only overrated, but seem to lack the basic balance between taste and what amounts to salty and extremely unsavory feeling. I am amazed by those who have rated this place to be some amazing food from heaven kind of experience. Hell serves better meals.

ChanChan Vegetarian Restaurant is a local spot with a retro Hong Kong style. It gives you the feeling of being taken back to the 1990s. It’s a good option if you’re looking for light, wholesome dishes.

Love seeing a vegetarian restaurant with so many clients like ChanChan. The hype is totally deserved, the place is beautiful and the food is very good (try the fried mushrooms!). They did change their desserts a few months ago though, and I’m a bit less of a fan than before

I came here five times in just two weeks because I got completely addicted to this one dish. It’s so good that I would honestly come back to Saigon just to eat it again. I still crave it like crazy. This place deserves all the hype 🔥

Gorgeous little place I found while browsing the area I was walking through… I like trying vegetarian/vegan places and this one really impressed me. I had the Braised Tofu Noodles. It was very tasty and just a perfect dish as is. I paired it with a Passion Salted Plum drink which was quite good as well but rather small compared to the picture on the menu and the price paid. I felt a bit disappointed to see it coming in a metal mug when it could have been presented so much better. Otherwise, the place itself is gorgeous and welcoming split into 2 dining rooms across the street from each other. Staff was nice. Will definitely go back to try other items on the menu. Quite a short menu but perfect like this so they can perfect all items on it.
