메뉴의 중심은 화덕 pizza이며, Thao Dien의 경쟁 식당들보다 선택지가 넓다. 클래식 Margherita부터 대표 메뉴인 Pizza La Baieta까지 열한 가지 종류를 갖추고 있으며, Pizza La Baieta는 루콜라 위에 트러플 버섯 햄과 부라타를 겹겹이 올린다. 같은 pizza 반죽을 눌러 화덕에 마무리한 샌드위치 panuozzo도 덜 알려진 선택지인데, 특히 프로슈토와 Merguez 버전이 주목할 만하다. Pizza 외에도 생 해산물 플레이트(연어 carpaccio, 참치 tataki, 연어 tartare), 냉육 샤퀴트리 보드, 그리고 여러 리뷰어가 이름을 직접 언급한 마늘 버터 달팽이 요리(프렌치 방식)도 선보인다.
바에서는 해피 아워를 운영하며, 와인 리스트는 강변이라는 입지를 감안하면 가격이 합리적이라는 평이 많다. 서비스도 인상적인데, 예약 없이 발렌타인 데이 저녁에 방문한 일행이 별다른 불편 없이 자리를 안내받았다는 후기가 있을 정도다.
알아두면 좋을 점 두 가지: 특히 pasta 류는 가격대에 비해 양이 적은 편이고, pizza 크러스트는 부드러운 쪽에 가까워 바삭한 나폴리 스타일을 기대한다면 다소 아쉬울 수 있다. 그럼에도 Thao Dien에서 신뢰할 만한 유럽식 메뉴, 제대로 된 칵테일 바, 막힘 없는 강 전망을 한 공간에서 누릴 수 있는 곳은 드물다. 월요일 휴무이며, 나머지 요일은 자정까지 주방을 운영한다.

We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day afternoon at Baieta! Despite not having a reservation, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, managing to set a table for us. The food was fresh and offered great value—the charcuterie and seafood dishes were standouts. They have a lovely selection of pairing drinks, and watching the sunset over the river was the perfect finishing touch ♥️
Great location. Amazing view & atmosphere from the riverside. Food is good. I would recommend one of the restaurant’s signatures. Serve is quick too. A bit pricey but worth it.
We randomly came last Tuesday for a diner with my family. And what a surprise!!! We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The music was great!!! And today we came back !! I think, this place will be our favourite place for the week end!! Fred/Zoe/Ema/Juliette
What a hidden gem, I felt like I was in California for a moment. Haven't been back to home, and being able to feel the same energy, get to look at the beautiful Saigon River is definitely a plus. The food was surprisingly great. Pizza however was not crunchy enough to my taste but everything else was wonderful. Still highly recommended but I wouldn't order the pizza
I really like Baieta for its slightly Mediterranean atmosphere, which immediately gives off a holiday vibe. The view over the river and the Landmark adds to that feeling, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The dishes are flavorful and well executed, even though the portions are often on the smaller side (thinking of the pesto gnocchis)
