Sushi O Buffet nằm trong một không gian rộng rãi theo kiểu open-plan trên đường Quốc Hương, vận hành cùng lúc ba hình thức ẩm thực khác nhau: băng chuyền sushi, buffet đồ Hàn và các bếp lẩu riêng lẻ — tất cả gói gọn trong mức giá cố định 250.000 VND, không có gói nâng cấp hay thực đơn nhiều tầng rắc rối. Sự đơn giản có chủ đích đó chính là một phần sức hút: một mức giá, một thực đơn, ngồi xuống và ăn thôi.
Băng chuyền sushi là điểm nhấn chính, với độ đa dạng vượt trội hơn hầu hết các chuỗi tương tự trong thành phố. Nigiri trứng cá và nigiri rong biển xuất hiện bên cạnh các cuộn thông thường, và danh sách còn mở rộng sang những phần cắt ít khi thấy trên băng chuyền ở Việt Nam. Quầy buffet cũng thu hút sự chú ý không kém: nhân viên liên tục bổ sung và giữ quầy gọn gàng đến tận buổi tối muộn — một cam kết vận hành đáng kể ở mức giá này. Hệ thống QR code cho phép gọi thêm món sau 8 giờ tối.
Một yếu tố thú vị — thử thách phản xạ nơi thực khách cố bấm dừng đồng hồ kỹ thuật số đúng 7,77 giây để giành một triệu VND — tạo cho quán một cá tính riêng biệt, ăn khớp với bầu không khí sôi động và thân thiện. Chủ quán thường xuyên được đề cập trong các review là người nhiệt tình và sẵn lòng chiều khách, đặc biệt với các yêu cầu ăn uống riêng.
Không gian ăn uống thu hút các gia đình, nhóm bạn đông người và những thực khách coi trọng giá trị, vốn không đủ ngân sách cho các lựa chọn Nhật cao cấp hơn ở Thao Dien. Với 4.001 đánh giá Google trung bình 4,9 sao, bếp phục vụ ổn định ngay cả khi đông khách. Một bộ phận thực khách đến muộn có nhận xét rằng tỉ lệ cơm so với topping của sushi đôi khi hơi lệch về phía cơm, và nguyên liệu lẩu có xu hướng thiên về đồ đông lạnh — vì vậy thời điểm đến quan trọng với những ai ưu tiên chất lượng nguyên liệu hơn là sự đa dạng thuần túy.
Me and my girlfriend came here for a Sunday night dinner, the staff who works here is friendly. Unfortunately it's the only good thing I can say about this place. We ordered the sushi buffet and it's not fresh and not worth it. They serve fish and other sea food on rice, and that's it. 👉👉👉 REAL Sushi is something else, so please go somewhere else when you want sushi.
Great food served by very friendly staff at Sushi O Buffet. It is very hard to find a similar quality buffet with the reasonable price in the middle of Thao Dien! Highly recommended for families and friends!
Fantastic sushi and hot pot buffet in Saigon. We came here as a family and had a great time. Excellent sushi and food, desserts and drinks. We really enjoyed and will definitely come back.
At the beginning me and owner didn’t understand each other, but after he was very helpful, because I do have some unusual wishes with my food. Food was good and I definitely over eat. Unbelievable amount of food (contact me for food challenges😂) ended up in me. There is also a very interesting challenge where you give a 5 star review and try to stop timer on 7.77 to win 1 million. If I would know when to stop eating I would definitely visit again. If you like to eat a lot (meat also), come to this place. I do regret it😅. Price for the full package is 300k or 350k.
Food quality not so fresh but not bad. But with the price, i think very good as Value. I love their system just only 1 Menu. There are many place give us choice level or… it’s complicate and staff talking too long. Very lazy and silly system. But here has only one. Simple and confortable. Staff atitude not motivation but not disturb. Atomosphare… open space. They didn’t reduce foods even though i visited after peak time. So i don’t need to worry about to visit even late. Totally very good value. Kanjanseu sushi very unique too.
