OohLaLa Concept - Furniture store in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

Buy chairs at premium price, but turn out cheap quality product. No customer service, no guarantee, just irresponsibility. They just want to take your money first, and you must accept whatever delivered. Stay away from this scammer!

A horrible experience!!! We placed an order with deposit and have already been waiting for two months, but still haven’t received the product. They are very passive in providing updates. You can’t reach them at all — no response whatsoever. If you’re looking for a bad buying experience, you must try OOHLALA. They will provide you with the worst service you’ve ever had.

I feel like being scammed! The table quality is like kid toy, but sold at premium price. Really disappointed!

I buy a table for 4million , and after 3 days , the table become 2.8 million . The staff said she doesn’t know the event in advance ,and she told me the table can deliver to me within 10days , but after 16 days I still not recieve. If other one want to buy the furniture in this shop, please consider again .
