Miwaku Premium tọa lạc trên tầng 80 của Landmark 81, tòa nhà cao nhất Sài Gòn, và chính tầm cao ấy là trung tâm của toàn bộ trải nghiệm — sân thượng ngoài trời được bố trí theo hình hoa, mỗi bàn ăn nằm trong một booth riêng biệt, hướng nhìn ra thành phố phía bên dưới. Chỗ ngồi ngoài trời thường được đặt rất nhanh, đặc biệt vào lúc hoàng hôn, và khi đặt bàn tại đây, khách sẽ được miễn phí vé vào đài quan sát thông thường của tòa nhà.
Bếp theo phong cách Japanese fusion với sự chú trọng đặc biệt vào cách trình bày. Thực đơn set Kasumi gồm năm món với giá khoảng 2,2 triệu đồng mỗi người, đây là lựa chọn rõ ràng nhất để trải qua toàn bộ phong cách chế biến của bếp. Wine pairing có sẵn và được đánh giá cao; nước cam vắt tươi cũng được nhiều thực khách tự nhiên nhắc đến qua nhiều lần ghé. Mỗi món đều được nhân viên phục vụ giới thiệu, và cách trình bày tinh tế mà không rơi vào cầu kỳ thái quá.
Chất lượng phục vụ là điểm nhất quán khác trong các đánh giá. Nhà hàng có nhân viên nói tiếng Trung để phục vụ các đoàn khách không nói tiếng Việt — phản ánh lượng khách quốc tế đa dạng mà Landmark 81 thu hút — và đội ngũ có thói quen tinh tế ghi nhận những dịp đặc biệt của khách, với nước uống chào đón là cử chỉ được nhắc đến nhiều nhất. Với mức giá khoảng 160 USD mỗi người tất cả đã bao gồm, đây thuộc hàng những nhà hàng đắt nhất thành phố.
Có một vài điều thực tế đáng lưu ý trước. Các booth ngoài trời không có hệ thống điều hòa, đây là yếu tố cần cân nhắc trong những tháng oi ả, và không gian phù hợp nhất cho bàn hai hoặc ba người trước khi trở nên chật chội. Một số khách ngồi gần bếp cũng có phản ánh về tiếng ồn. Với những bữa tối mà không gian và dịp đặc biệt cần có trọng lượng ngang nhau, sự kết hợp giữa tầm cao, thực đơn set có cấu trúc và dịch vụ chu đáo tạo nên một lựa chọn thực sự đáng tin.
Had a wonderful dining experience at Miwaku Premium Restaurant. The food quality was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I would like to especially commend the entire service crew for their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly attitude. A big thumbs up to Trinh in particular — her exceptional service, warm personality, and attention to detail truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place worth returning to!
The staff showed all their effort, but the food was only good in presentation. Out of enjoying the view there was nothing else to deserve. It was so noisy from the kitchen.
High quality and delicious food. Good wine pairing. Service and atmosphere dining on the 80th floor of Landmark 81 was excellent. Minor issues: Too many dishes with jellylike consistency and some dishes weren’t warm enough. There isn’t enough hand space if your group is large (3 adults is optimal)
Debated bewteen 3 to 4 star. Pros: Location is prime. On the 80th floor of the tallest building in Saigon. They have an outside seating arrangement that is built like a flower. Each table has its own booth and private. Set Menu qty was sufficient. The presentation of each item is superb. The waiter/waitress describes each item. Great job on service there Photo friendly. Many photo options for memories Cons/Opportunities: Outside tables do not have fans or airconditioning. For a premium and high end restaurant many people will come dressed in nice attire. We were sweating so much No cocktail menu. Only bottle service. Disappointed there. Bottles were super expensive averaging over 5m vnd per bottle Located inside the mall therefore once you get out of your taxi or parking lot. Still have to walk thru the mall to get to the skyview entrance to enter a private elevator. Total bill for 2 without alcohol was 7.1m vnd One and done done for me. Service staff was terrific therefore kudos to them.
Amazing food with a view. Service was great. We were dining with 2 Taiwanese guests and the restaurant was kind enough to send a staff that speaks very well Mandarin to serve us at times. The view was spectacular though you’d really have to go up there to see it, I’m not posting here 😋. Definitely worth a try. The meal was roughly USD 640 for 4 people, for this kind of fusion and creative but tasteful Japanese dining experience, definitely worth it. Also a great place if you’re looking for one to propose to her/ him 💪🏻.
