Highly recommended if you want to spend time with small dogs, specially puppies all are so cute. My kids enjoyed it so much. Hope these dogs find their forever love home.

The dogs are very cute, all smaller breeds, for small dog lovers. The dogs are really friendly and enjoy attention. The space is a bit too narrow though. And of course there's the strong smell - depends on how you react to it.

I do not recommend buying a puppy from this pet shop. Here is a summary of my experience: I brought home a puppy on the evening of June 10. By the afternoon of June 12, the puppy was too weak to walk and had to be hospitalized. He sadly passed away on the morning of June 14. The pet shop claimed it was due to the vet's misjudgment or incorrect treatment. However, I believe the key issue is: No healthy puppy should become critically ill and unable to walk within just 48 hours. Before purchase, I asked about the health guarantee via messaging, and was told there would be a 30-day guarantee. However, on the day of the transaction, the shop only gave us a vaccine certificate — no written contract was provided. I informed the pet shop immediately when the puppy became ill and after he passed. They responded that their guarantee only covered viral or genetic conditions and therefore only offered us a second puppy at half price as compensation. Since the puppy was cremated, no further tests could be done. When we returned to get the second puppy, they finally provided a written agreement — but only after we insisted. Unfortunately, this second puppy was also diagnosed with skin fungus, which requires ongoing treatment. If you're looking to buy a pet, I strongly advise against choosing this shop. Their approach to health, transparency, and after-sales support is far from acceptable. I have screenshots of all conversations with the store to support everything I’ve written.

The cafe was not open at 10:30am, the store attendant was not friendly and was more concerned about the dogs in the room next door. Unprofessional.

It's a small place with many dogs. A bit smelly, too. The dogs seem from over friendly to a bit aggressive for human touch. I'm not sure why, but my guess is they were trained to let people touch them in exchange for treats, so when we walked in, they all jump on my daughter and I asking to get touched. They fight each other for our attention. It's sad that after a while, we feel like we are being bothered rather than enjoying their company.
