Highly highly recommend this place. The north style “banh cuon” is very light, rich in flavor that matches best with grilled pork and fish sauce (you can ask to warm the sauce). You should also try the “bun thang”- a typical north soup. The broth will not disappoint you. One of the good things is they have air- conditioner.

I’m from Hanoi. Its been a struggle to find a bun cha / banh cuốn place that’s Hanoi style. This is by far the closest tastes to the ones from Hanoi. Bánh cuốn should be extremely thin with mince pork and wood ear mushrooms filling. Very simple but delicious. I do wish they grilled their chả miếng just a little longer so it’s crispier. The ladies were very kind as well. Highly recommend
