There are many similar restaurant chains that all claim to be the best Korean hot pot restaurant, but for me, the Joseon branch in the Pearl Center in Thảo Điền is truly one of the best. I used to be a VIP customer at Joopii and ate at their Vanh Hanh Mall location almost every week. However, since discovering Joseon in the Pearl Center, I eat here🥇. Why? 1. The food quality is significantly better, especially the fried chicken and vegetables. 2. They constantly refill the buffet. Unlike at Joopii, where I often waited more than half an hour for food because all the fried items were gone, this has never happened to me at Joseon, even when all the tables are occupied. 3. The food tastes much better 🤤, especially the sauces, and they have real ice cream 🍨 in several flavors. 4. The cleanliness and facilities are significantly better. Not only is it new, but the air conditioning actually works, unlike in other centers. The staff are also always cleaning. 5. The service is impeccable 🏆. Nowhere else have I experienced such diligent, professional, respectful, and friendly service 💯. The staff truly cares about the guests. At other restaurants, employees often spend more time on their phones than working. If they're interrupted while on their phones, they react with annoyance and rudeness. I have absolutely never experienced anything like that at Joseon's. The staff are solely focused on their work and do everything for the guests with a smile 🤗, even when I have a special request. In short, this restaurant and its employees deserve 10 stars! My only suggestion for improvement is: I would like to see the spaghetti with light cream cheese sauce offered again, but this time it should be served in a separate warming container instead of a bowl. Most other restaurants only offer spaghetti with tomato sauce, but the light cream cheese sauce was unique to Joseon's and extremely delicious. It would delight many if it could be served warm. Unfortunately, it was cold because it was served in a bowl with no way to keep it warm. Finally, I suggest that the owner keep these staff members, especially the girl on the left in the photo. To me, she is truly the best employee in this branch. Without their service and diligence, this restaurant would probably just be an ordinary four-star restaurant, and I probably wouldn't come back.

Joseon is really better than any restaurant I've ever eaten at, the service, the food, and the prices are all very reasonable. I will come here many more times.
