Thực đơn lấy cảm hứng từ đặc sản các vùng miền trên khắp cả nước — xôi Điện Biên gói cùng nấm rừng Sapa, phở cay được chắt lọc từ củ sắn Quế Sơn, hủ tiếu Sa Đéc trộn nước sốt me — xem ẩm thực chay là phương tiện để tôn vinh kho nguyên liệu đa dạng của Việt Nam, thay vì đơn giản chỉ là loại bỏ thịt.
Ý thức về dinh dưỡng thấm vào từng món ăn. Cơm gạo lứt được nhắc đến gắn với chỉ số đường huyết; củ sen được nhấn mạnh ở hàm lượng vitamin C; canh atisô được định vị như thực phẩm điều hòa cholesterol. Bếp ở đây kết hợp hương vị với công năng — điều này thu hút lượng khách buổi trưa đông đảo, những người coi trọng sức khỏe nhưng không muốn đánh đổi chiều sâu hay sự phong phú của món ăn. Bếp ở đây xử lý tốt sự đa dạng về kết cấu — chả giò nấm giòn rụm đi cùng canh dưa leo Thuwan Nam thanh mát, cà tím nướng kết hợp nấm đùi gà trong cuốn bánh tráng giòn, cơm hoa nhài thơm lá dứa làm nền cho những món chính đậm vị hơn. Nguyên liệu theo mùa đóng vai trò nổi bật: salad chanh dây và bưởi vùng Tây Bắc, cùng Đĩa Rau Mùa thay đổi theo từng thời điểm với rau sấy khô tự nhiên kèm gia vị nhà làm.
Không gian vườn xanh củng cố thêm tinh thần tổng thể của nhà hàng — ánh sáng tự nhiên, cây xanh bao phủ và nhịp độ thư thái phân biệt Hum Garden với những mô hình café-nhà hàng ồn ào hơn ở Thao Dien. Giờ mở cửa từ 10 giờ sáng đến 10 giờ tối mỗi ngày khiến đây trở thành một trong những lựa chọn linh hoạt nhất trong khu, phù hợp cho cả bữa ăn trưa lẫn bữa tối sớm. Trong một khu phố đầy những điểm brunch phong cách Tây, mức độ cam kết với ẩm thực chay Việt Nam chất lượng cao trong khung giờ phục vụ đầy đủ như vậy quả thực lấp đầy một khoảng trống thực sự.
Sensational vegetarian restaurant. Attentive service, offering suggestions and information about their ingredients. The dishes were phenomenally delicious (and I am not even vegetarian). Mushroom fried spring rolls was smashing. Very relaxed ambience made this one of our favourite restaurants in HCM city. Highly recommended 👌
Pretty good variety of vegetarian dishes, ordered the broccolini twice as it was stirred fry with good tasty sauce. Air con was sufficient for the hot summer, but not as cool as I would have expected. Dishes are up to standard to the photos and delicious
Nice ambience for couples, business meal. Very clean and well decorated. Staff are friendly and attentive today details. Food is nice and lots of options. Paid 1m for 2 pax.
Probably ordered a bit too much, but we just wanted to try everything off the menu. And it did not disappoint cos everything was so fresh and so delicious! From the starters to the mains and the dessert, Chef was able to do justice to every single ingredient. We really enjoyed it all!!! Special shoutout to Xuan le who was sooo attentive throughout our meal. She recommended the best dishes and made sure we had a lovely celebration. We will certainly be talking about this meal for months to come :)
I’ve dined at Hum many times. The dishes that have been on the menu for a while are always delicious. This time, I tried the Dien Bien sticky rice with shiitake mushrooms… (the name was quite long), but the outer layer of the sticky rice was hard and rubbery. I think the chef should find a way to improve this issue. Or maybe remove the outer layer altogether, as it made the dish quite disappointing. The service staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and they happily accommodated our request to change tables for our family. The only unpleasant moment was when my family was leaving. My mother and sister stopped by The Bloom to take some photos, and someone came to the counter there and gave our family a very unfriendly look. I felt uncomfortable and asked my family to leave early. As we walked past the entrance, the receptionist was very polite and sweet.
