This cigar & whiskey store is NEXT LEVEL!!! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL, So much variety of amazing cigars from Cuba, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic all the top cigars. And they also have a whole area of whiskeys to pair with it. And I will say that everybody for the source is always so friendly and so kind with exceptional service with great recommendations and really tailored to your taste. I don’t even have a special shout out to Kung Fu & Suny, they have been amazing!!

Before I visit this Cigar lounge, My best place to smoking Cuban cigar was La Casadel Habano HCMC in district 1. I think this Cigar Rounge will be my best choice. They have huge selections of Cuban and Non Cuban Cigars in good conditions. Also they have good list of TWG premium tea.
Premium price for the most absolutely terrible customer service. Penny pinching not shipping in a bag, so cigars always arrive damaged and frayed. ==================== To the reply to my review. This is not the first time. Your staff has the customer service acumen of a Waffle House employee; and attention to detail of 12 year olds. I recall buying a a QD and found it was dry and cracked when I return home. When I tried to return it, you manager blamed me for not checking it careful first (which I allowed staff to select for me); then when I pushed back, she crassly said, "well, I'll just take it from the staff's salary." Unbelievable Then the time I bought a lighter that stopped working the same day I bought it. When I tried to return it in 3 days, your staff refused a refund and showed items cheaper than the one I bought as an unacceptable alternative. When I refused and demanded a refund based on the terms of my credit.Thank god for credit card protections on that one! A petition to the Cuban government needs to be started that an organization that holds the very prestigious Habano's license, is an affront to everything that Fidel and Che represented.
