You can book at a low price if you book in advance. The room is spacious and comfortable for the price. The location isn't in the center of Thao Dien, but it's not bad.

When you pay for a one bedroom you minimally expect a partition between the bedroom and the living area, not a privacy screen. The room was not as advertised. I would highly recommend all future guests contact the property and ask for exact photos of their booking. The 3* for service is in regard to company staffing policy, not the actual members of staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room, though simple, was spotless and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to return in the future.

I took a vacation here alone, and everything went smoothly. This place is not really a hotel, it feels like home. The interior is decorated beautifully and neatly in a minimalist style. I feel very chill here. Surrounding quiet, cool area. near District 2, there are many restaurants and near landmarks. Going to the center takes about 15 minutes. I really love this place and will visit another properpty of M Village someday. Thanks

On the positive side, the streets are quiet and the staff here are very friendly. However, the rooms do not meet international standards—examples include a hot plate that’s unsafe, a shower and toilet that are not separated, causing everything to get wet, and a kitchen bench that’s too low to be comfortable. Many if the furnishings are getting old and should have been replaced already. The building is well maintained, but there are ongoing mold issues that raise concerns about health. Noise insulation is 0%, you can hear every word of phone call on the other side of the wall, and staff do nothing about noisy guests, even if they are disruptive to the whole building. The sales team responsible for bookings and payments (not the on-site staff) are completely hopeless and senior management seem driven solely by greed. Their approach to addressing problems is very Vietnamese: focused on extracting every dollar at the expense of basic customer care. They have little interest in building a reputation for repeat business, only in making a one-time sale to take your money.
