Nhà bếp vận hành theo một triết lý rõ ràng: ít banchan hơn, chất lượng món chính tốt hơn, và đủ diện tích trên bàn để mỗi món được trình bày đàng hoàng thay vì chèn lấn nhau.
Bossam là trụ cột của thực đơn — thịt heo thái dày được giữ ấm trên bếp đặt ngay bàn ăn suốt bữa, với tỉ lệ mỡ-thịt mà thực khách liên tục nhận xét là chuẩn đến từng phần. Cơm lươn được nướng theo từng order chứ không hâm lại, và điều đó tạo ra sự khác biệt thấy rõ: vỏ ngoài giòn, thịt bên trong mềm — hoàn toàn khác với các phiên bản đóng sẵn thường thấy ở nơi khác. Pasta bạch tuộc là một nước đi fusion có chủ ý, đủ cay và đủ chiều sâu hương vị để đứng vững ngay cạnh những món Hàn chính thống trên cùng thực đơn.
Thực đơn set hai cấp độ — Course A cho khẩu phần vừa, Course B cho người ăn nhiều — dao động khoảng 700.000 VND và thường được xem là điểm vào cửa lý tưởng. Phần ăn khá hào phóng; nhà bếp còn được biết đến với việc tặng thêm bò tartare khi thấy một bàn đang rõ ràng "gánh" nhiều hơn dự kiến.
Không gian nhỏ gọn và liên tục kín bàn. Bếp mở cho thực khách thấy được nhịp độ làm việc mà không khiến không khí trở nên ồn ào. Nhân viên chủ động phục vụ — nhiều đánh giá đề cập việc nhóm phục vụ tìm được chỗ cho cả đoàn walk-in vào những tối đông khách, điều đó nói lên nhiều về cách quản lý sàn của nhà hàng. Khách đến đây khá đa dạng: cư dân người Hàn, gia đình Việt địa phương, và những thực khách đến với một món ăn cụ thể đã được "chốt" từ trước.
Same as good as Marcel burger, to the taste of fine dining dishes. Nice service, feel at home. Unlike others, a touch of being distant for exclusive service. Soda drinks gifted for reviews. Big portion for 2 as normal size, remember to check with the staff before your order.
You can enjoy full-stomach course with 700,000 VND. Almost all the menu includes meat, it is not a vegetable party. The quantity of the foods were so large, I could not eat them all. But we were enjoying our meal so well, so the kitchen offered us beef tartare free. It will be a good choice to treat someone or invite someone, using less than a million VND.
Best restaurant discover of this year. Food was delicious and very high quality. Open kitchen. Friendly staff and cozy ambiance. We went without a reservation, restaurant was packed but they tried to arrange us a table which we really appreciate. Definitely will come back many many times more.
We tried spicy squid, grilled prok, and pancakes. All dishes were very delectable. 9/10 for the food. The staffs were very friendly, and proactive. Our group had a very great experience dinning here
The Bossam here is amazing; they use a tabletop stove to keep the pork perfectly moist and tender, and the flavor and fat-to-meat ratio are spot-on. We also tried the Octopus Pasta, and wow, it's got a nice spicy kick, but the flavor is deep and complex, probably the best I've ever had. The pricing is a little high, but that's just Thao Dien for you, and the quality totally justifies the cost. I'm definitely planning to go back just to try the grilled eel since it looked delicious!
