Don’t be fooled by the reviews, the burgers are super average for the price. The reviews are mostly 5 stars because if you give them a review you get free cheese fries. Burgers taste super generic and for the price you can get another better burger. Onion rings tasted burnt and had zero flavor. The chicken burger had an average taste and is something you would get at McDonald’s.
Have been dining here a few times, and always have a good experience. The food is good, the mood is friendly. I would highly suggest the Back’s signature, really worth a try!
Went to Back’s Burger in Thảo Điền and had a great experience. It’s a small, cozy spot with about five tables, but the atmosphere is solid. They had American sports on and music playing, which gave it a really chill, familiar vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive the whole time. I ordered the double double, which was priced at 145k, and paid an extra 40k to make it a combo. Overall, felt pretty reasonable for what you get. The burger tasted great. You can tell they actually season the patties, which makes a difference. The onion rings were crispy and good, I just wish there were more than three. The pickles leaned a bit on the sweeter side for me. There’s a flavor in there I recognize but can’t quite place, and they weren’t my favorite. Each table is set up well with ketchup, mayo, mustard, chili sauce, plus napkins and hand sanitizer. They also have a bathroom and WiFi, which is always a plus. Overall, really good burger with a strong American vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.
Burgers came fast and with additional pickles and pineapple for sides. Portions are reasonable for the price. The place is retro American diner inspired and vibrant! Would definitely come again 🩷
