After three years in Ho Chi Minh City and more than a few barbers and hairdressers tried across the city, T99 in Thao Dien is the best I’ve found — and it’s not close. The haircut, beard trim and wet shave were all excellent. Pricing is very reasonable. My barber even turned the chair so I could watch the World Cup while he worked, which tells you something about the place. Highly recommend.

Just had a fantastic haircut experience with Hieu. He was super friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable the whole time. Haircut came out great that exactly what I wanted. All in all, the service was excellent, with great attention to detail and clean. I’d definitely recommend Hieu to anyone looking for a skilled barber.
T99 Barbershop is hands down my go-to spot. Not trying to be biased, but I’ve become a loyal customer. They really know how to cut Western hair, which is honestly hard to find. The vibe is great, the music is always on point, and the customer service is consistently top-notch. Shoutout to my barber Đức Thịnh — always delivers a clean, sharp cut. And rumor has it he makes a pretty amazing strawberry wine… you might want to ask him about that 😄 If you’re a Westerner or a local looking for a reliable, high-quality barbershop in the area, T99 should be at the top of your list. Definitely worth your time and money.
