I’ve been going to this barbershop for four years and was generally satisfied. But recently, for the second time, I came in and got something completely different from what I asked for. They cut and trimmed my hair, completely shaving off parts that I had been growing out for a long time, without even checking with me first. After that, they just said “sorry” and still charged me the full price for the haircut. I won’t be coming back there anymore —the place has gone downhill, and I can’t recommend it to anyone.
