Good facilities, nice doctor but too expensive

This place is clueless, greedy and reckless. Lost my trust completely. I decided to come here since it’s the closest to home, so most convenient. I asked around with different vets afterwards and now see. This place is inexperienced and money-hungry. I called to let them know my dog has E Cannis and needs a blood transfusion, I sent them her latest blood test result. And said that I have a donor. They didn’t ask any questions about my dogs condition or to see my dog. They requested first to take the blood from the donor and tested it (using cheap PCR tests) which they charged us 1.8m for. Quoted me 4m for the transfusion. During the consultation the vet seemed nonchalant and the nurses really struggled to find a vein. I thought, how will they do a blood transfusion if they can’t even take a blood sample?! When the results came back she called and told me the donor dog has another blood parasite called Anaplasmosis, and asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the transfusion since both bacteria are treated with the same antibiotic. I told her that I won’t be going ahead with the transfusion and she said she would originally give me back 1.3m since I cancelled half of the rest of the tests. The next day she sent me only 500k and said I misheard her. I spoke to 2 more vets afterwards who both said that it would’ve been too risky to go ahead for both dogs as the donor needs his blood to recover from Anaplasmosis, and another disease could compromise my dog’s life. I ended up deciding to go with PET CARE because they had better equipment and even suggested testing her for Babesiosis, they really cared about her condition as well as took the time to answer my questions in detail. They also only charged me only 4m total including health tests for BOTH dogs and the blood transfusion.

Vaccinated cats before the flight and service has been good, however export health certificate was quoted at 3.5M VND per cat, where in fact it was only 140k VND at quarantine station near airport.
