The hospital is spotless, and the veterinary team is incredibly professional, compassionate, and welcoming. On behalf of Happy, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to VET and the entire team for taking such great care of him.❤️

I highly recommend Animal Doctors International Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. We were actually very surprised to see how modern, incredibly clean, and equipped the hospital was. The diagnostic tools and equipment were top-tier. The veterinary team and support staff are absolute professionals who genuinely care about the animals. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. William and Dr. Tara, they took the time to thoroughly explain everything throughout our visit. Communication was flawless from start to finish. If you are looking for international-standard veterinary medicine in Ho Chi Minh City, this is absolutely the place to go to.

Helpful assistance and good service. I really appreciate their helping me understand and taking good care of my pets. Overall, caring and knowledgable staff! The only thing that concerns me is the high costs because I have three kittens, so that will add up to the bills pretty quickly. It would be great if the clinic offer some kind of discount or voucher for "family accounts" since I take all my kittens here 😂

If you love your pet, DON'T bring them here. My cat was spayed at this clinic. Before the surgery, the vet warned me that if her cone came off and she licked her wound, her stomach could open up — a serious problem that could kill her. 5 minutes after I got home, the cone they had put on slipped off. I put it back on the tightest setting. She got out of it again in under 1 minute. I messaged the clinic right away, watching her lick her surgical wound. Their reply: "Can you get her?" No instructions. No urgency. No guidance on how to safely hold a scared cat that just had surgery, or what to do once I had her. I panicked and swore in the chat — something they later framed as abusing their staff. I wrapped her in a blanket and rushed back. Their gate was locked. I was holding my cat with both arms and couldn't open it. The receptionist watched me through the glass for a full minute before coming to let me in. In the exam room the two vets gave no apology, no clear plan, no explanation. Every time I asked if one of their unclear suggestions was actually safe, they said, "If you're comfortable" — as if the danger they themselves had described to me an hour earlier no longer existed. Smiles. Smart comments. Talking down to me. When I finally said I was very much not comfortable — after they had put the image of my cat's stomach falling out in my head and then sent her home in a cone that lasted five minutes — I got more of the same. I had to leave her there because they refused to clearly explain what they planned to do to make it safe for me to bring her home. 2 days later I sent one message: "Hi, how's Caviar doing?" They told me they would no longer talk to me directly. All contact had to go through the rescue centre (she is still legally registered to them) When I came here to leave this review, I found 1-star review after 1-star review saying the same things — careless, dishonest, and uncaring: "I wasted my money and my cat's life here so you don't have to." "My dog died under their care, and I received no proper explanation, no sincere apology — just cold, clinical excuses." "My cat was dying yet they showed no sympathy, only tried to exploit to make more money from us." "They look professional and skilled, but in reality, joke on you and your pet's life." "Nearly two hours later, they called to say our little dog had passed. When we came in, our bigger dog hadn't even been sedated yet. They hadn't started anything." If you love your animal, take them anywhere else.

Not honest!!! We have a 13-year-old cat with severe stress issues, so we always book the same two-window room for every holiday to ensure our cat’s comfort. Last December we reserved and paid for that room one month and half months in advance and received confirmation. On the morning of the 14th Feb, when I brought my cat in, A staff attempted to prevent me from placing my cat in the reserved room, claiming there were too many cats upstairs. After I insisted and checked myself, I discovered that our reservation had been changed without notice and that my cat had been assigned a smaller windowless room instead. After I raised my concern, the staff contacted the manager of pet hotel who assured me that my cat would be returned to the room originally booked and guaranteed that my cat would remain there for the entire holiday period. To ensure this, I settled my cat into the correct room with the staff. However, in the following days, they sent photos to report my cat’s everyday life. But from the photos we found our cat had once again been moved back to the smaller room. It appears the room I reserved had been given to another customer without our consent or notification. As a long-time veterinary and pet hotel client since 2018, we find this conduct deeply disappointing and unacceptable. And due to this situation we can not trust animal doctor.
