The staff at Luna Ngyuen salon are very friendly and the overall atmosphere is calming and enjoyable. However,I cannot say the same for the service. I have gotten my nails done(gel polish) and the very next day,my nails got chipped. They were completely uneven and “bumpy”. I hope the they will take feedback into consideration since the salon has a lot of potential.
First time visited this place today and we absolutely loved it! Me and my husband got the 45mins scalp & shoulder & neck massage and the ladies did amazing. I also got the feet massage and gel polish on my nails. 100% satisfied with the service here. Would definitely try to comeback before we fly home!
Today was my first time at this nail salon, I was trying to find a place to wash my hair and do my nails in district 2 and coincidentally found this one. l did medicure and a pedicure along with a herbal hair wash. My first thoughts when l went into this salon was the employees were very friendly and the salon itself was very clean. The place has a lot of gel colors for you to choose from and they also have a lot of herbal shampoo packets. Overall they have a lot of options to choose from and the experience was very nice, I highly recommend it.
4 hours just doing my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure design never got finished since they prioritised recurrent customers, my technician (Linda) got taken away 😤😭. Wonderful job with my pedicure! My manicure never got done. I got stuck doing the cuticles to which I bled and did not file the nails the proper way (see photos below). Novice technician (Lisa) couldn't do the job. I don't blame her. Someone should have monitored her and guided her. Communicate if unable to carry on the services, give heads up in case things get delayed. They kept pushing the time since only two technicians were capable of doing pedicure and manicure. Left frustrated and unsatisfied. The manager Luna should learn how to manage her staff and customers. Be honest and upfront.
I had a wonderful experience at this nail studio! The mani and pedi, complete with a scrub and foot massage, were done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable throughout. The service was top-notch, and I left feeling completely pampered. Highly recommend!
