Perfect service! The herbal shampoo was wonderful, the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, and the facility was clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

The massage therapists here are friendly and highly skilled. I even fell asleep during the session without realizing it, and my fatigue quickly disappeared. Their warm and attentive service makes me want to come back again.

I came here because of all the five star reviews. I came during the afternoon and it wasn’t not too busy. I think this is more for locals. The other two people having massages were men and Vietnamese. I’m assuming. I can tell because one of them took four phone calls during my 60 minute massage. The staff does not seem to care about that. One of the phone calls was over 10 minutes. I’m assuming he had a 90 minute massage because I left before he while he was still on the phone. During the massage the power went out. I didn’t think this was the business fault, but it made massage worse because the masseuse kept leaving the room. This made the massage uneven between the different body parts. She even forgot to clean the oil off my legs. They never mentioned anything about the power going out or the bad quality massage. When I mentioned that they did not clean the oil off my legs they just thought it was funny. Overall, the massage quality is a two. It was very strong and not relaxing, but more to detention your body. Very painful but if you like strenuous massages, this could be a good choice. A massage room smell like herbal oils, including all the the sheets and towels. It does not seem as clean as people mention it. Also, the air condition quality before the power went out was very low. The lobby area and back area air-conditioning was very weak. The massage room area at least was decent before the power went out. The staff was polite, but not overly helpful. They did not even seem to care that the power went out and that I did not have a great massage. After the price of 459,000 vnd for a 60 minute massage and 600,000 for a 90 minute massage is not a good value for this quality of spa. This is not a luxury spot but more of a local place. I’ve been to local places like this with better massages and better facilities for a lot less money. You can get a much better quality and value at Mui spa 1 or mui spa 2 center. 400k for 60 min and 490,000 for 90 mins with better cleaner facilities as an example.

My husband and I had a good experience here from the very first time, but I waited until today after several visits to give a more objective review. The only drawback is that there’s no parking space for cars otherwise, I’m quite satisfied
