M Village Living 59 Thảo Điền - Hotel in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

1/2026 room 205 + nice room with parquet + desk large enough to work + blackout curtains + good wifi + kind staff - cleaning can be improved (apart from toilet that was fine). - no shower cabin / curtain! they can easily add it but probably the typical Viet "good-enough attitude" prevents them to make this little improvement. - located between a pickleball court (in front) and a school (on the back)... plus a neighbor who did renovation work on his house every day! + single pane basic windows (zero noise insulation). it's ok for few days but I was expecting more.

M Village Living 59 Thảo Điền offers a beautifully designed space with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby area was especially memorable with its Christmas decorations, clean common spaces, and convenient shared facilities like the laundry room. The room itself was compact but well organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. I originally booked two nights through Agoda but checked out after one night due to an unexpected issue in the room. The staff was polite and respectful during my stay, and based on their response so far, I trust the management will handle the matter properly and fairly. I genuinely liked the overall concept and ambience of M Village, and I hope the situation is resolved smoothly so I can consider staying again in the future.

Check-in with staff was straightforward. Booked room with balcony, nice & spacious. Has kitchen, refillable drinking water downstairs & washers/dryers. Bed & pillows are comfortable. Negative is curtains & blinds are not blackout. About 15 minutes walk to central Thảo Điền. Little interaction with staff but staff was very nice to get me mosquitoes repellent

Good for a short stay on transit or if you need to be at airport to avoid traffic jam in the central districts It s off the main road,you need to walk 45 seconds into a small alley way There is a flight of 8 steps so you have to carry your luggage This is more like a condotel, don't expect full hotel service There is no TV in room but room is spacious clean , plenty of lighting and good air conditioning Receptionist is helpful and efficient Decent food stalls right around left corner of hotel at exit It's only 5-10 mins car ride to airport

Although the hotel may be slightly tucked away and not the easiest to locate, I found the overall stay exceptionally comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Notably, the hotel demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental sustainability—guests are encouraged to use the provided glass bottles to refill drinking water at the station on the first floor, reducing single-use plastic.
