Everything was fine except for one issue: the staff clearing away our drinks. I bought two bottles, roasted rice water and honey lemon, to drink after the sauna. Both times, the staff took them away even though there was still some left. The staff member said they cleared them because there was only ice or a small amount of water left. But whether it is just ice or a little water, it is still drinkable. Each bottle costs nearly 60,000 VND, so I found it quite frustrating. It also did not make sense to say there was no space on the shelf, because at that time there was still plenty of room. The staff member was kind enough to offer me a glass of iced water, but I would still like to give feedback to the spa: please do not clear away customers’ drinks before they have finished them. It honestly feels like this is done to make customers buy more drinks, which is very annoying.
