My family had a great time staying at Glenwood Suits. The location is great. You can walk to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cleaning crews are amazing. My daughter got a bouquet from them on her birthday. What a pleasant surprise. I would come back staying here again.
We stayed there for 3 nights. Our first room was not what we expected. However, the friendly receptionist Ánh contacted management immediately after hearing our concerns, and we were moved to another room on the spot. Five stars for how quickly and professionally they handled our issue.
A well maintained apartment building on a side street. There are approximately 2 dozen apartments with 24 hour security at the front entrance. During the day there is a front desk lady who is very friendly and helpful as well as a cleaning crew who will clean your room every day or whenever you like. On the left side of the building is a spectacular view of Landmark 81, the largest building in Vietnam. A 15 minute walk will bring you to a walking path along the river where you'll find a quiet cafe for a hot/cold drink or meal. I spent a month there in an Airbnb rental and found it very comfortable and the price was reasonable.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaning team are amazing and so is the receptionist Anne - she is happy to solve any issue. The rooms are decent and beds are comfortable. No bedside tables, no lamps, quite basic furnishing, a fairly uncomfortable fake leather sofa. Clean bathrooms - but quite tired and poor maintenance. Location is great for easy walking to bars and restaurants but you have a VERY loud restaurant on one side and a PICKLE court on the other side which is not great. The restaurant has awful live singers from 6pm - 10pm every night and you're forced to listen to it - it's so loud it might as well be in your bedroom with you.
Nice apartment, easy check-in, the staff and security are all friendly and nice. The place is a bit older than the picture but overall is still tidy and our room has beautiful view to Landmarks from all of the areas, a good price for the location. Easy to walk and explore Thao Dien, convenient stores all around, good restaurants and street food options. Highly recommend.
