Yeshi Taiwanese Kitchen - Taiwanese restaurant in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

A place with a chilling ambiance that you can enjoy with friends and family. Foods were really delicious ; every dish that was served on the table fills with compassion and care. Servers are just not only super friendly but also showed a vey professional attitude. Highly recommended to try out this place.

I don’t think that Cold braised aubergine is the best selling as recommended by waitress. Maybe it looks strange to foreigners but taste is a bit salty, and not special at all to Vietnamese local. When I visited around 8:30pm and there are so many food in menu sold out

Eggplant was excellent! Salad was refreshing with a tangy sauce. The noodles were tasty with a perfect al dente bite. The fried mushrooms were crunchy on the outside when spicy seasoning and soft on the inside. Overall an enjoyable experience to Taiwan without having to physically travel there ;)

Loved the food – flavourful, comforting Taiwanese dishes that really hit the spot. The only downside is that there can be a bit of a wait to get seated and for food to come out, especially during peak hours. That said, their new cocktails menu are amazing and made the wait feel way more enjoyable. My recommendation for alcoholic drinks: Drunken Tofu, Pineapple Cake Sour and Beef Noodles Highball (that literally tastes like a bow of Taiwanese noodles beef soup but in a highball glass)

I've been waiting a while to try this place and was not disappointed. We walked in shortly after opening and the place was already almost full. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. We were sat very quickly and the server didn't take too long to come and take our order, yet communication with her was a bit tricky. It felt like she didn't really understand our questions. Other than that, our quick dinner visit to Yeshi was great. While I am no expert in Taiwanese food, all the dishes we ordered were delicious and nicely presented. I felt the flavours were very accurately bold, yet not overpowering. And the eggplant dish really was as good as they say, maybe even better. So, would I go back? Yes, there are so many other dishes I want to try!
