The Racha Room은 Xuân Thủy의 아담하고 은은한 조명의 공간에 자리한다. 노출 소재의 텍스처와 세심하게 계획된 조명이 어우러진 인더스트리얼-모던 인테리어는 밤이 깊어져도 자리를 뜨기 어렵게 만드는 분위기를 자아낸다. 주방은 태국 요리를 진지하게 다루며, 그 진정성이 메뉴에 고스란히 배어난다. 숏립 마사만 커리는 코코넛 밀크에 자색 양파와 함께 뭉근히 끓여져 roti canai와 함께 제공되는데, 이 조합은 어느새 이곳의 시그니처로 자리 잡았다. 타마린드 소스와 태국 고수를 곁들인 그릴드 포크 볼살 샐러드는 재방문을 이끄는 메뉴 중 하나다. 메뉴는 거기서 더 뻗어나간다 — 블랙 비니거를 곁들인 트러플 버섯 만두, 바질과 데이지 꽃으로 볶은 크랩 당면, 사테이와 태국 고추로 볶은 개구리 허벅지 요리까지 — 일관된 정체성을 잃지 않으면서도 탐색의 재미를 주는 구성이다.
그러나 이곳의 진짜 주인공은 바다. 쏟아지는 리뷰들에서 칵테일 프로그램은 사이공 최고 수준 중 하나로 꾸준히 꼽힌다 — 취향에 맞게 목테일과 음료를 조율해주는 바텐더, 레이디스 나이트에도 아낌없이 채워지는 잔, 우연이 아닌 의도에서 비롯된 전반적인 전문성. 음악은 침묵을 채우기 위한 배경음이 아니라 공간의 분위기에 맞게 선별된다. 주말에는 새벽 1시까지 운영된다.
손님층은 장기 거주 외국인, 매주 찾는 단골, 그리고 한 번 방문한 후 다시 돌아온 여행객이 고루 섞여 있다. 직원들이 리뷰에서 이름으로 직접 언급되는 빈도가 유달리 높은데, 이는 홀 서비스의 일관된 수준을 보여주는 믿을 만한 신호다. 가격은 Thao Dien의 입지 프리미엄을 감안해도 합리적이며, 양도 지출을 납득시키기에 충분하다.
이곳이 동네의 다른 저녁 명소들과 구별되는 점은 주방과 바 중 어느 쪽도 상대의 들러리가 아니라는 것이다. 똠얌 수프와 굴에는 저마다의 열렬한 지지자가 있고, roti와 함께하는 마사만 커리는 꾸준한 사랑을 받는다. 저녁 식사 목적지로도, 늦은 밤 한잔을 위한 마지막 행선지로도 동등하게 기능하며, 그 덕분에 다양한 형태의 밤에 걸쳐 존재감을 유지한다.
We had such a good time here - the Ladies Night’s drinks were fantastic. They were not stingy with the alcohol at all 🤤 Thai food was served here and the pork jowl was my favourite. 10/10 would come back here for the food. Oh, and bartenders are such a friendly bunch, these people always make the experience better 💯 Highly recommended, will come back again!

Great place to chill and enjoy authentic Asian flavours and drinks, music was on point too. Not overwhelming. Amazing Thai food cooked by Chef Trung, great balance of flavours and very authentic tasting . Cuong is a very attentive host with a friendly ,approachable aura. Prices are excellent considering portion sizes and location. Will definitely be back soon!
I’ve been in Ho Chi Minh for almost 3 years and this spot is my go-to whenever I miss home. The Thai food is super tasty, flavorful, and just hits the spot. Staff are really friendly too, especially Hai❤️ who always takes good care of me. Definitely a place I keep coming back to every week!
The atmosphere's chill and friendly, the staff are nice and considerable, easy-going. I like the way lighting were set up in a quite small but cozy space. As a bespoken bar, I can request the staff to adjust mocktail taste, very nice.
