Xào Xạc Bar는 이중적인 정체성을 가진 공간이다 — 오후에는 카페로, 오후 5시부터는 칵테일 바로 운영되지만, 이 장소를 정의하는 것은 저녁 시간이다. 이름은 대략 '처마 아래 바스락거리는 바'로 해석되며, 그 이름에 걸맞은 분위기를 갖추고 있다: 개방된 구조에 탁 트인 공기, 소파와 바 높이의 테이블이 거리에서 불어오는 바람을 받아들이는 덮인 베란다 아래에 자리 잡고 있다. 좌석 수가 제한적이어서 바쁜 밤에 예약 없이 찾으면 기다려야 할 수도 있으며, 단골손님들은 미리 예약을 해둔다.
칵테일 메뉴는 허브와 플로럴 풍미에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 여러 하우스 시그니처 음료에 베트남 식물 원료가 자연스럽게 녹아들어 있다. Negroni와 Highball은 항상 완성도 높게 제공된다 — 달콤하기보다는 균형 잡힌 맛으로, 젊은 층의 입맛을 겨냥한 Thao Dien의 많은 바들과 차별화되는 지점이다. 푸드 메뉴는 의도적으로 간결하게 구성되어 있다: 프렌치프라이를 포함한 짧은 바 스낵과 사이드 디시 목록으로, 식사 자체보다는 음주를 보완하기 위해 마련된 것이다.
평일 밤에는 커플이나 소규모 친구 모임이 주를 이루며, 분위기가 한층 여유롭고 앰비언트와 저템포 플레이리스트 위로 대화가 자연스럽게 흘러간다. 주말 밤에는 더 많은 인파가 몰리고, 카페 영업 시간이 바 시간으로 자연스럽게 이어지는 일요일 오후에는 더 젊고 활기찬 무리가 찾아와 공간의 분위기 자체를 바꿔놓기도 한다. 이 동네 기준으로 가격은 합리적이며, 서비스는 세심하되 부담스럽지 않다.
Nguyen Van Huong을 따라 늘어선 칵테일 바들보다 덜 과시적인 저녁 한잔을 원한다면, 이곳은 충분히 고려할 만한 대안이다 — 첫 데이트에도, 특별히 갈 곳 없는 느긋한 화요일 밤에도 똑같이 잘 어울리는 그런 장소.
Nice atmosphere with beautiful scenery, a coffee shop in the morning and a hidden bar at night. The menu is simple, featuring very Vietnamese signature flavors. The quality of the drink this time was slightly less than my previous visit, but overall the vibe is still relaxed and enjoyable.
I like the décor here but it feels more like a coffee shop than a bar. They also don’t offer custom cocktails I asked for my fave and they couldn’t make it. Overall 6/10
It’s a nice and cozy place to spend the night. An ideal place for dating or chatting with your friends Good drink with affordable price. Haven’t tried the food yet but I will next time Service’s very good and the staff is friendly
Visited on a Monday night. Place was quiet, which was peaceful. The space was beautiful and the calming background music complemented it perfectly. Wide range of cocktails to choose from, although they specialises in herbal and floral notes. Bar snacks were also decent. Would recommend!
Given the fact that the food selection is not a focus which means you only have some side dishes/ snacks for your drinks, the bar has a good vibes to sit down with friends and have a sip of cocktails. We arrived late afternoon and right before the bar opens so we could see day & night view of the location
