직원들은 리뷰마다 이름이 언급될 만큼 호평이 이어진다. 세심하고 따뜻하며, 처음 방문하는 손님도 금세 편안함을 느끼게 해준다는 평이 많다. 개방형 테라스는 음향을 위해 사방을 막아버리는 여타 루프탑 바와 달리 자연 바람을 그대로 살려냈으며, 탁 트인 공간과 스카이라인의 조화 덕분에 이벤트 성격의 단체 예약 장소로도 꾸준한 신뢰를 얻고 있다.
방문 전 염두에 둘 사항이 두 가지 있다. 오후 8시 무렵부터 시작되는 DJ 세트는 점차 볼륨이 높아져 테이블 대화를 방해할 정도가 되는 경우가 많다. 여러 방문 시기에 걸쳐 다수의 리뷰어가 이를 지적했으며, 볼륨을 낮춰달라는 요청도 지속적인 효과를 거두지 못했다고 한다. 음식 퀄리티에 대한 평가도 엇갈린다. 굴 요리와 셰어링 그릴 메뉴는 대체로 좋은 반응을 얻지만, 음식이 차갑게 나왔거나 해산물 신선도가 아쉬웠다는 후기도 일부 있다. 전망과 시원한 바람, 그리고 한 잔의 음료를 주목적으로 방문하는 손님이라면 충분히 만족스러운 경험을 기대할 수 있다. 오후 4시에 문을 열기 때문에 일찍 도착하면 최적의 자연광 속에서, 저녁 인파가 몰리기 전의 조용한 분위기를 즐길 수 있다.

great view and excellent food! Excellent Oysters with cheese sauce.
Thoang Rooftop is ideal for group hangouts and parties. The open space, cool breeze, hot food and great views set the mood for a fun night. We had a team celebration here, and everyone loved it! The dishes were perfect for sharing, and the prices were really reasonable. Definitely a must-visit if you want a lively place to party in Binh Thanh.

It’s a restaurant on the rooftop where you can enjoy the view. I guess many people come for the view. The staff's service is neither bad nor good. The music was so so. However, the food was terrible. It looks like it's already cold when it's brought to the table. The ingredients like beef, shrimp, and shellfish are old. The seasoning and the taste were really bad. We ordered a lot but nothing good. This restaurant definitely needs to check the quality of the food.
