I feel that the prices in here are quite reasonable. The food is quite diversed and also delicious, although it might take some times to wait for ordered food, but overall they served quickly. The only point that I notice is that the space for eating is just a bit rowdy and only a few of the staff can communicate in English, but next time maybe I’ll come here again

Wouldn’t recommend this place . They say they have heaps of options on the menu but that is not the case. Very little selection and the sushi is pretty ordinary. It is not expensive which is good but still need to sell a good product.
I came here twice. The first time, we came for the buffet. They claimed the device malfunctioned after we ate for 40 minutes. The device didn't show anything but premium items costing more money. After they took the device and gave it back, suddenly a lot more buffet items unlocked. By then we ate around 30 plates already between 2 people. We asked why it happened, they said it was a malfunction but insisted that they told us to scan the QR to order. It was because "we didn't check." Today I visited again and scanned the QR. There is no way to order anything. They had lied. We asked for the pad to order, they refused to hand it to us. They wanted to place orders for us and not give the pad. They then told us to take sushi from the conveyor belt. We demanded to know why, and they gave excuses and still didn't want to let us order from the pad and took it away. Very deceptive business. Highly do not recommend. Shameful management and deceitful practices.
Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place at All Costs 🤬 I have never in my life been treated the way I was at this so-called “buffet.” My daughter and I each paid about 270,000 VND per person – which is not cheap in Saigon – and yet the service was beyond unacceptable. Here’s what happened: my daughter ate 5 plates, I ate 6 (see photo). On one of my sushi plates, I left behind just 5 sushi rice pods (see photo) because the sushi itself was dry, bland, poorly seasoned, and overloaded with rice. A waitress then came over and told me I had to eat every last grain of rice or they would charge me extra. Can you imagine? At a buffet, where the entire point is to choose what you want to eat, I was pressured and scolded over rice! Meanwhile, a woman next to me ate nearly 18 plates without issue. (See photo) I had no intention of making this a sashimi buffet but didn't care for the extra carbs or the rice and was nearing the end of my meal. I could never eat the 18 plates the other women polished. This was not only embarrassing, it completely ruined my lunch and the time I was spending with my daughter. No signs in English explained this ridiculous “rule,” and when I chose the restaurant, nothing was mentioned by the very same staff who eagerly seated us. It felt deceptive, like a trap. The only small positive was that the manager later came over and apologized for the waitress’s behavior – but by that point, the damage was done. I had lost my appetite and all respect for this establishment. I requested that we switch to ala carte, paid for what we are and left upset For the price, the quality was poor, the service was offensive, and the experience was downright miserable. If you are a foreigner, especially, avoid this restaurant – it feels like a scam set up to squeeze money from customers instead of providing a good experience. Find a better sushi restaurant like the one on the 5th floor. There are plenty of other options in Saigon with far better food and service. Don’t waste your money here.
📍GUILT-FREE TREAT at a belt-sushi buffet! Recently this concept was getting popularized in HCMC, so we were eager to try out SushiX. A la carter’s price capped at 1$/ plate for all plates on the belt (premium orders by tablet). They also served buffet sushi (60’ seat) with very generous selection, running at 10$ (~269k). We picked the latter. Options at the belt seems to be quite repetitive, we could recall less than 10 served at the belt (perhaps we were seated at the very end). However, tablet orders came pretty quickly & most sushi were a hit 💥. Beef nigiri with caramalized onion & teriyaki sauce was amazingly tender. Highly recommended to also order the shrimp tempura; batter was crispy & airy & plus the shrimp inside was soft. ⭐️ Suggestion: big drawback is the dining duration. I don’t mind to spend more in exchange for greater buffet time. Cause 60’ seating was very rush & we don’t feel comfortable at all to dine in such situation.
