Decent tokpokki hotpot with a wide variety of toppings: noodles, sausages, fish cakes, boiled eggs, vegetables, etc. Many types of appetizers and snacks too: chicken popcorn, kimbap, fried sweet potatoes, spring rolls, etc. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can get VIP card for 10% of total bill discount.

It was our worst experience with a buffet restaurant. Their line was very poor, we just could eat a little noodle & beef for hotpot, salad, kimpap and fried chicken (but this chicken had a lot of bone inside and we had to wait almost a hour for the staff re-fill it). The hotpot soup was very terrible, no taste, when we asked their staff re-fill the soup, she put a lot of water to our pan, we were very shocked to know that the soup was made from water mixed tomato n chilli sauce what were right on our table, nothing was special (the staff did explain about this to us) Beside that their staff was not friendly, they did prefer talking together to serving customer. Never come back again. Thanks God! P/S: the water bottle in the picture what be attached was used to put in our hotpot by their staff.

I think the taste of the ttobboki hotpot itself is a 3, in other words, decent. However I rate this place a 4 for these reasons. First, you can't beat the price for a Korean inspired hotpot buffet; we left the place FULL and paid about 6 a person. It was quick and the service was good. Though the hotpot was just decent, the fried chicken and the fried rice that you can order at the end was delicious. We enjoyed this place overall.

Takashimaya SPICY BOX is the worst ttopoki buffet in hcmc, Johnson and dokkidokki have MUCH better food, service and quality. I don't recommend trying it. 129k for we mostly just ate ramen noodles and veggies because they were so stingy with fried food area tray is empty for a long time no refill- meat place is empty too. I will Not coming back.

The staff refused to serve us (2 people) at 8.30 pm without any reason. Closing time is 10pm. Manager wasn’t there. They said the food was finished but the food was still there and people still come to take them. This kind of service happens a lot in as the staffs usually refuse to serve at the end of the day when the manager is not around. I will never support spicy box. I used to come a lot.
