had an amazing experience at Quán Ụt Ụt in Q.2. If you're into steak, smoked BBQ, and comfort food, this place is absolutely worth visiting. The meat is tender, flavorful, and cooked really well, especially the BBQ dishes. The serving sizes are generous, making it great for sharing with friends or groups. Their drinks menu is also one of the highlights. They have a solid beer selection with both local and imported options, plus creative signature cocktails that actually stand out instead of feeling generic. The overall atmosphere has that relaxed Western-style BBQ bar vibe. lively, cozy, and easy to enjoy whether you’re there for dinner, drinks, or just hanging out. one of the most memorable things for me was joining my very first chess tournament in Vietnam here. they accommodated the event during the daytime, and honestly the venue worked perfectly for it. The space was comfortable, well-organized, and had a really welcoming atmosphere for players and guests. It was nice seeing a restaurant support community events like chess while still maintaining great service and food quality. staff were friendly and attentive even while the place was busy, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. This is the kind of place where you can enjoy a proper BBQ meal, grab quality drinks, spend hours socializing, and still feel comfortable staying longer. definitely one of the more memorable spots I've visited in Saigon.
The staff here are always great, and the barbecue is consistently good. Nothing feels like it’s missing. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s great to see they’ve maintained both their quality and service over time.
Nice atmosphere and great service, our server Trang was very helpful and gave us some good recommendations on the sauces to go with our BBQ meats. The ribs and pork shoulder were fall-off-the-bone tender and the pork belly had super crispy crackling. Our only issue was with the vegetable skewer - the corn was nice and sweet, but aside from that all of the other veggies were not cooked enough, almost raw, unfortunately.
Still the best bbq place in town, this time around they have really nice oysters too. Hits all the spots 😋
