Quán Bụi Bistro는 Lê Thánh Tôn에서 이른 아침부터 늦은 밤까지 문을 열며, 아침의 phở bò부터 점심의 스프링롤, 저녁 코스까지 끊임없이 서비스를 이어간다. 2층 구조는 미리 파악해두면 좋다. 1층은 금세 자리가 차는 반면, 단골들 사이에서 인테리어로 호평받는 2층 다이닝룸은 1층이 만석일 때 요청할 만한 가치가 있다.
메뉴는 다양한 베트남 기본 요리를 중심으로 핫팟, 바비큐, 그리고 패션프루트·레몬그라스 라임·생코코넛·포멜로 등 열대 과일을 활용한 생과일 주스 라인업까지 폭넓게 갖추고 있다. 첫 방문자들이 가장 놀라워하는 애피타이저는 쌀 옷을 입혀 튀긴 메추리알로, 해외 방문객 대부분이 다른 곳에서는 접해보지 못한 조리법이다. 전반적으로 양이 풍성하며, 가격은 노점이나 인근 시장보다 높은 편이지만 공간의 분위기와 서빙 양을 고려하면 충분히 납득이 간다.
서비스에 대한 평가는 비판보다 칭찬 쪽이 압도적이다. 직원 Thinh과 Minh은 각기 다른 리뷰에서 세심한 테이블 관리로 이름이 직접 언급될 만큼 인상을 남겼다. 만석 시 저녁 서비스가 들쭉날쭉해진다는 지적이 일부 리뷰어들 사이에서 반복되기도 하지만, 주방 속도는 기대 이상이다. 바쁜 저녁에도 스프링롤은 5분 이내에 나오고, 메인 요리도 30분 안에 이어진다.

We came for Pho Bo breakfast. It was okay but the beef was tough and also had a lot of fat. For the price (50% higher then other places in D1) it is not worth it. Service was okay but not friendly. The place is cute and decorated well. I wouldn’t return.
Good food in an amazing atmosphere. But the service is so BAD!! No attention at all after dinner. All prices are excl takes..... we are not in the US!!!!
Nice food. Not wow but good. Large pancake. Nice spring rolls and aubergine dish. Pork stew not my favourite flavours. relaxed vibe. Paid slightly more than other meals we’ve had in Vietnam/saigon but not too pricey.
This place deserves a 5 star from me. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food variety is great and taste is good. We had a good time eating here. Cosy decor and ambiance. I will recommend trying this place :)
We paid Quan Bui 2 visits on our last trip to ho chi minh. One for lunch and the other for dinner. Food was 100% fresh and tasty, highly recommend that you try it at least once. This place lacks service at dinner time , we got ignored for sometime, others came in after us and were served first. The interior upstairs is beautiful.
