Location Location Location! Walking distance or a 20,000 VND (1.25AU) cab ride to a plethora of Vietnamese or western restaurants and bars. My stay at Pearl Service apartments is most enjoyable. Greeted by the owner, on my arrival, I have found the staff very helpful and with good English. Good security with a 24 hour staff presence and coded gate, the rooms are well maintained and serviced three times a week. I highly recommend, Pearl Service Apartments, for both long or short stay.
Excellent accommodation, friendly and professional host and good location if you need to visit the centre!
Great place to live! I stayed here for 3 months. The owner/landlord was extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. My room was cleaned twice a week, water delivered regularly, the owner was always able to be contacted and responded rapidly. During my stay my tv was replaced with a bigger and nicer TV, so that was a nice surprise :) My deposit was returned the day I moved out, and before the room was even inspected. And lastly, the landlord was very helpful by allowing me to store my luggage for 2 months while I traveled. So much peace of mind I had while I was here. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in Thao Dien!
My stay at Pearl Service Apartment has been satisfying so far. The team is very friendly and proactive and they attend to your issues and problems ,if any immediately and help you out. It's also quite secure as there is 24 H security and the stay is also quite comfortable. Housekeeping standards are good and overall the experience has been good. Keep up the good work!
The staff is super kind, the room is super clean and big, the receptionist is amazing and the workers are great! I will definitely book this place again.
