La Rosa Hospitality Serviced Apartment - Serviced apartment in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

We booked this place through Airbnb. The rooftop terrace and pool were amazing, and we had the whole area to ourselves while we were up there. The view was absolutely stunning.

Rented serviced apartment. Not fully furnished in basic kitchen utensils. Not eight silverware or dishes. Only cleaned once a week. Don't supply toliet paper or paper towels. No kitchen towels. There is no attendant on staff to ask questions to. Overall, it is not managed very well for the price you are paying for serviced apartment. Not to mention they charge for electric and waste on top of everything, and they are doing construction to keep you awake all day. 7am till dark. No late days sleeping in.

I have stayed at this apartment for 7 months. The rooftop saltwater pool is amazing, with a 360 view, big patio to host BBQs. Hot M/F saunas and a full private gym. It's in a quiet part of Thao Dien, but you can walk anywhere within 15- 20 mins. 4 mins walk for groceries. Big apartments. On-site restaurant with quality vietnamese and western food. Free room service delivery. The staff are very helpful and kind. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a more upscale experience with privacy and quite. The gave a 4 star only because the price is quite high at 25M for a two bedroom. (I am a solo traveler and they only have 2-3 bedrooms) Plus 2M for utilities. But I enjoyed using the amenities everyday and the tranquility, service, so it was worth it for me.

My friend offered me a night there since i was extremely wasted, might not be the biggest room but it's modern, convenience, tidy, i also heard that they have regular cleaning service, if u looking for a place to live in Thảo Điền with reasonable budget then go here
