iBERICO는 Thao Dien의 Võ Trường Toản에 위치하며, brunch 스팟과 루프탑 바로 더 잘 알려진 이 동네에서 진정한 유럽의 분위기를 원하는 외국인 거주자와 현지인들을 끌어모은다. 주방은 매일 오후 4시에 문을 열고, 고품질 이베리아 식재료를 중심으로 한 tapas 위주의 메뉴를 선보인다 — 숙성된 jamón, 스페인 치즈, 그리고 단골들이 으뜸으로 꼽는 croquettes가 대표적이다. Paella는 직접 만들며, 메인 다이닝룸에서 오픈 키친을 마주하고 배치된 실내 좌석에서 그 조리 과정을 직접 볼 수 있다.
실내외 좌석을 모두 갖추고 있다. 테라스는 바깥 공기를 원하는 손님들을 끌어들이고, 실내에서는 배경 음악이 긴 테이블 대화를 방해하지 않으면서도 분위기를 살려준다 — 저녁이 여러 라운드의 sangria와 쉐어 플레이트로 길어질 때 이 점이 더욱 중요하게 느껴진다. Sangria는 과일향이 풍부하고 포도 맛이 진하며, 와인 리스트는 방대하기보다 엄선된 구성을 지향한다. 스페인식 칵테일이 와인과 함께 음료 메뉴를 채운다.
꾸준한 손님 회전을 소화하면서도 서비스가 빠른 편이며, 직원들의 영어 실력이 좋다는 평이 여러 리뷰에서 공통적으로 언급된다 — tapas 형식에 익숙하지 않은 첫 방문객이 메뉴를 파악하는 데 실질적인 도움이 된다. 한 가지 알아두면 좋은 점은, 일부 메뉴가 접시 단위가 아닌 1인 기준으로 가격이 책정되어 있어 계산서를 받고 놀란 손님이 있었다는 것이다. 음식은 전반적으로 짭조름하고 감칠맛이 강해 술안주로 잘 어울리며, 가볍고 산뜻한 간을 선호하는 이들에게는 다소 무거운 맛으로 느껴질 수 있다.
현재 사이공에 두 개의 지점을 운영하는 동시에 Hoi An에 강변 신규 지점도 열었으며, 리뷰 전반의 일관성을 보면 두 곳 모두 주방과 서비스 수준을 잘 유지하고 있음을 알 수 있다. Thao Dien에서 와인과 함께 베트남 음식이나 brunch 이외의 무언가를 원하는 저녁이라면, iBERICO는 실질적인 빈자리를 채워주는 선택지다.
The Spanish dishes were absolutely delicious and well-balanced to my taste. Special thanks to Thanh Nhàn for the excellent service — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the evening. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with great music and the perfect vibe for a relaxed night of drinks and conversations with friends. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Nice cozy Spanish restaurant, quick service, friendly staff. The food was amazing, quite similar with what I tried in Spain myself, although the portion was kinda small.
Quick service. Nice staff. Outdoor area is good with fresh air. The Sangria wine is grapey and fruity. Only thing is the food a bit safty for me, I love the fresh flavor more than that.
The food is no doubt high quality however a bit too salty base on my experience with Tapas... def for drinking. I would return because the croquette is heavenly Iberico pork is a must.
Open late: Doors stay open past 4 AM on at least one day — handy for after-work dinners.
