I ordered some food online from their website and everything went through at 21:55pm. They charged for it but it never arrived!!! I also can't reach the hotline since they only working till 22pm but the restaurant till 23pm. Sitting at home starving, waiting for the food but it never arrived and they also didn't even notifying me that something was wrong. Absolute worst service i ever experienced. Will definitely go there to claim my money back but will never eat there again!!!
Can enjoy the pizza at the second floor and the customer service was good. Domino's Pizza is always right.
Really disappointed in this store. I ordered a Hawian Pizza via Grab. It took the store 40 minutes to message me to advise that they do not have any pineapple. While I appreciate that occasionally restaurants run out of food/ingredients, that is a long time to wait only to find out the delivery isn’t coming (despite the grab app indicating that my food would be arriving soon). They did eventually offer mushrooms instead or extra ham which I declined as I had already waited far too long.
This pizza is gross but that's beside the point of this review. Blasting awful music outside with massive speakers while 5 employees shout "BUY 1 GET 1" adding to the already noise polluted streets is just nonsense. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
