Chị Mơ는 Thao Dien의 한적한 골목에 자리한 Hoi An 양식 건물을 터전으로 삼고 있다. 야자나무 그늘이 드리운 오픈에어 정원에는 재즈가 잔잔히 흐르며, 이 거리의 다른 어느 식당도 좀처럼 자아내지 못하는 여유로운 분위기를 만들어낸다. 음식은 공간의 성격과 맞닿아 있다. 신중하고, 디테일에 집착하며, 북부 베트남 전통에 뿌리를 두되 그 경계를 기꺼이 밀어붙인다.
이 집의 중심은 phở다. 셰프이자 오너인 Chico는 북부식 두 가지와 남부식 한 가지, 총 세 종류의 브로스와 두 가지 면 옵션을 제공하며, 고기 토핑은 주문에 맞춰 올린다. 브로스의 깊이와 농도는 이 지역의 일반적인 한 그릇보다 라멘에 가까운 수준으로, 식도락을 즐기는 손님들 사이에서 화제가 된 이유가 여기에 있다. 그 한 그릇을 받치는 것들 — 마늘 피클, 발효 스리라차, 육수 — 은 모두 직접 만든다.
phở 외에도, 주방은 베트남 전통 요리를 낯선 형태로 재해석하는 실험을 이어간다. 타로 세이버리 케이크(khoai sọ와 파르마산을 섞은)는 브로스의 감칠맛을 고체 형태로 옮겨낸 것으로, 이 주방이 어디까지 도달할 수 있는지를 정확하게 가리키는 한 수다. Phở cuốn과 ba rọi nướng은 전체 메뉴를 하나씩 정복해 나가는 단골들의 재방문 이유가 되는 고정 메뉴다.
다이닝룸에서 오픈 키친이 통째로 보이며, 전문 조리 장비가 그대로 드러나 있다 — 동네 식당으로서는 이례적인 투명함이다. 이 공간은 음식만큼이나 분위기를 위해 찾아오는 외국인 거주자들과 베트남 손님들을 고르게 끌어모은다. 정원, 칵테일, 저녁 내내 흐르는 여유로운 시간이 그 이유다. 대부분의 날 아침부터 오후 10시까지 운영해, 아침 한 그릇으로도, 자연스럽게 술자리로 이어지는 긴 저녁 식사로도 안성맞춤이다.
Just add on top all good feedback from other viewer. True good Phở - the broth is amazing 😻 For women one bowl of phở can share to two and then you have a chance to try another dish. Good food - nice restaurant - service abit slow but that’s alright. Definitely recommend to try their Phở and Phở roll! Other dishes on menu look so tempting tho. Will come back for sure 👍🏻
What a nice discovery! We tried the beef bourguignon Pho and it was so good. The beef was very soft and the broth was very flavourful. Drinks were good too! Great staff, excellent service. And very cosy atmosphere. Highly recommend

One of my favorite Pho places in Ho Chi Minh city. I ordered the Pho Xao Loi Rua (Stir fried noodle with beef golden coin) and it was delicious! The kombucha honey ginger is tasty too. The restaurant has indoor which has aircon and the beautiful outdoor area with a lot of greenery. The service is top-notch. Highly recommend!
Excellent Pho. It delivers to perfection. Ice black coffee is delicious too. Venue is small on the inside with AC, so be ready to book on a hot Saigonese day, or else you’ll have to sit on the patio.
