This place is very pleasant and cozy. Duc Man’s service was exceptional and made our experience here very welcoming. The food was good! One of our favourite meals here in HCMC. Portion is small so you can order a lot more dishes. Each dish had a Vietnamese twist to it and the ingredients were really fresh. Would definitely recommend visiting their spa followed by a meal here post massage to anyone visiting HCM.
An’s Saigon delivered such a memorable fine dining experience from start to finish. The chef’s menu was creative, beautifully paced, and full of thoughtful flavors that felt both refined and deeply connected to Vietnamese cuisine. You can really see the vision behind the concept, and Chef Cuong Nguyen together with the entire team made the evening feel special and welcoming. Every dish was presented with care, and the service matched the quality of the food perfectly. A truly great dining experience in Ho Chi Minh City — highly recommended for anyone looking for something elegant and unique.

This was amongst one of the best dining experiences we had in Saigon. The dishes represented Vietnamese culture in a modern and innovative way while still keeping the essence of Vietnamese cooking. We dined with the à la carte menu and enjoyed every course. The service was also super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
Had a phenomenal brunch experience here. The food was amazing. Gotta try the Mud Crab & Pepper Elder salad. Crab fried rice and soft sell crab tamarind. Service was excellent. James, our server, was “Johnny on the spot”. His fluent English speaking was so helpful. Made our anniversary celebration even more memorable. Ambiance was very classy and relaxing. Coming back soon to try other dishes.
