I’ll be honest, I usually worry that places with a view like this trade flavor for aesthetics, but Chang Bistro is the real deal. The pasta was a total standout—perfectly al dente and you can tell they aren't cutting corners with the ingredients. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, which is a huge plus. Definitely not just another 'Instagram spot,' the food actually holds its own.
Gorgeous river view overlooking the sunset and Landmark 81. Cozy atmosphere and a truly yummy tiramisu. Highly recommended for a relaxing evening.
Homemade pasta where you can choose both the type of pasta and the sauce. I personally love the gnocchi with Gorgonzola which really taste like in Italy 🇮🇹. The view over the river and the landmark is really nice. My only comment is that the portions are a bit small

Small restaurant with international dishes. The food is not tasty but the place is nice close to the river . We have taken a vietbamese style salad , carbonara pasta and phở in a non vietnamese flavor . Every plates lack of genuine flavor .
