Thao Dien의 일반적인 웰니스 시설인 호텔 스파나 마사지 체인과 비교했을 때, 냉온 교차 요법 중심의 운영과 이벤트 프로그램은 분명 다른 영역에 위치한다. 멤버십 구조는 핵심 이용층이 이곳을 단발성 방문이 아닌 정기적인 루틴으로 여긴다는 것을 보여주며, 이는 가격대와도 일맥상통한다. 야외 환경은 이러한 포지셔닝을 더욱 강화한다. 녹음과 개방형 디자인은 일반 트리트먼트룸이 재현할 수 없는, 주변 동네와 단절된 듯한 느낌을 만들어낸다.
세션 후반부에는 수용 인원이 제한되므로, 오후 7시 이전에 도착하면 모든 시설을 충분히 이용할 수 있다. 대부분의 날은 오전 9시에 문을 열며, 월요일에는 오전 11시에 시작한다.
Best facilities in HCM for hydrotherapy!!! The female staff there were very kind and spoke really good English 🤩 we also met some really cool customers inside our session which made our experience even better sharing it with people who also value their health. Make sure to book before 7pm or they will close early because of low capacity 😊
This place is a small paradise. I felt deeply relaxed and completely rejuvenated after gym soreness. The ice bath and sauna made me sleep incredibly well. I’ll definitely be coming back. A drink is included in the ticket, which is a nice touch. The showers are very clean and well equipped with good-quality shampoo and conditioner. You can also order food and eat it comfortably in the entrance/lounge area. Highly recommended.
This is truly a Saigon hidden gem! 💎 The area was not only well kept, clean, but also made me feel like I was in a tropical beach in the middle of the city! Sauna was steamed with a scent of lemongrass, quality shampoo and conditioner, plenty of options for cold plunges with various temperatures. The experience came together in the lounge/cafe area where there was a wide selection of drinks and books to read from. Seems like there are also events hosted here periodically (e.g sound baths, workshops). Definitely the place to go to sweat, plunge, refresh and recharge :,)
Used to really like this place (I’m a member), but it’s gone downhill fast. The whole spot feels neglected and filthy now. The hot pool is covered in mold almost every week. Instead of fixing whatever’s causing the consistent mold growth, staff just scrub it off like it’s normal and apply what appears to be household bleach. Changing rooms and showers are falling apart and filthy. Sauna isn’t even turned on until someone shows up. I arrive at 10:30 (they open at 9) and it’s cold—takes nearly an hour to heat up properly. Really frustrating. Cold plunge barrels are frequently empty as well or not chilled yet, another 20-minute wait. Messaging ahead to check is hit or miss—half the time there is no reply on Zalo. Feels like someone has given up. Shame because the concept is popular and they started so well. Hopefully they can fix the place back up and prioritise member/guest experience.
Perfect recovery spot after pickleball! The contrast between the hot sauna and refreshing cold plunge was exactly what my muscles needed. Beautiful outdoor setting with a relaxed, social vibe.
