All over the world, I have enjoyed 40 years of contrast therapy — hot rock saunas and ice baths. This facility is beautiful and practical. It features an internal large double stove in the hot rock sauna space, combined with open-air ice baths surrounded by palms. (Real ice and deep baths at 0°C). There’s also a cool pool at 8°C and a hot pool (not a spa). The overall atmosphere has a relaxing resort feel, with both men and women comfortably sharing the space. There are several areas where you can find a personal spot to meditate, relax on your phone, or socialize with like-minded people from around the world. Yes, Ca Hoi is a beautiful, relaxing destination. It offers separate male and female lockers, toilets, and change rooms. Bring your own swimmers. Towels & Wi-Fi is provided. A timeless day pass costs 380,000 VND. They accept foreign credit cards, cash, or local QR banking. My favorite destination in Saigon. 10/10 - :) Enjoy - J
Truly an amazing place to relax and recharge. The staff are friendly, and always make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and very comfortable.❤️
Best facilities in HCM for hydrotherapy!!! The female staff there were very kind and spoke really good English 🤩 we also met some really cool customers inside our session which made our experience even better sharing it with people who also value their health. Make sure to book before 7pm or they will close early because of low capacity 😊
This place is a small paradise. I felt deeply relaxed and completely rejuvenated after gym soreness. The ice bath and sauna made me sleep incredibly well. I’ll definitely be coming back. A drink is included in the ticket, which is a nice touch. The showers are very clean and well equipped with good-quality shampoo and conditioner. You can also order food and eat it comfortably in the entrance/lounge area. Highly recommended.
