The trainers and exercise classes at this gym are great. It is a very personalized experience with lots of encouragement and positive feedback. Phuong is great! Highly recommend

The best option to go is Body Shape, it has profesional and certified coaches that will lead you and guide you through your sporting journey and martial arts journey. Also Coach Mariusz has an extensive career and experience in the fields of sports and fitness, rehabilitation and conditioning and martial arts.

Think it's the most equipped gym i've ever been with totally useful stuff to train. 4 floors for different activities! The owner itself trains kids with taekwondo, my respect 💪💪💪

Not a review of the gym portion but their gym equipment shop next door Body Shope. My husband needed dip bars, and our condo gym doesn't offer it. He was surprised to find they also carried weight belts and kettle bells. They carry just about everything you'll need for a workout and all kinds of equipment. Highly recommended store, and if we lived closer, we would utilize the gym. They helped us set up delivery as well. We live in D7. This is located in D2 Thao Dien. The delivery service was excellent. We will definitely come back for more items. Highly recommended coming here great owners.

I have been using Bodyshape for many years now and am always extremely happy with the variety of equipment available for training. On top of a standard workout, there are numerous classes available taught by their experienced trainers and staff. I have recently started a personal training routine with Phuong (one of the owners) and she has been incredible at guiding me on my workouts, setting up a personal workout routine based on my requirements and expectations, suggesting activities to partake in outside of the gym and recommending nutrition options! 5/5 would recommend!!!!
