BlackPit는 Xa Lộ Hà Nội에서 갈라지는 주택가 골목 안에 자리해, 주소 자체가 우연한 방문객을 걸러내는 역할을 한다. 다이닝 룸은 나무 테이블과 천천히 타오르는 하드우드의 은은한 향기로 미국식 BBQ를 충실히 연상시키지만, 주방의 범위는 일반적인 그릴 하우스를 훨씬 넘어선다. 저녁 메뉴의 핵심은 제대로 훈연한 육류다. 깊은 훈연이 스며든 24시간 브리스킷, 뼈에서 깔끔하게 분리되는 스페어 립, 그리고 소 혀를 포함해 메뉴 전체를 아우르는 스모크 플래터가 있다. 소 혀는 처음 방문한 손님 상당수를 단골로 만든 메뉴다.
주말 오후에는 또 다른 모드가 펼쳐진다. brunch 메뉴에서는 피클드 가지, 루꼴라, 녹인 치즈를 곁들인 브리스킷 cold-cut sandwich를 사워도우에 담아내며, 하우스 스모크 연어에 크림치즈와 레몬 제스트를 더한 크루아상도 함께 선보인다. 이는 단순히 훈연 재료를 포함한 brunch 메뉴가 아니다. 훈연은 핵심 기법으로, 첫 번째 시팅부터 저녁 서비스까지 일관되게 적용된다.
금요일 저녁에는 라이브 뮤직 세트가 더해져 분위기가 달라지고, 단순히 배경 음악이 있는 식사가 아닌 특별한 밤을 기대하는 그룹 손님들을 끌어들인다. 서비스는 포션의 솔직함으로 정평이 나 있는데, 과한 주문을 자제하도록 안내하는 직원들의 모습은 주방에 대한 자신감을 보여주는 지표로 읽힌다. 전채로는 본 마로우와 리크 수프가 등장하며, 와인 소스·스모크 마늘·피클을 곁들인 T-bone과 안심을 포함한 스테이크 프로그램은 오래된 스타일의 미국 스테이크하우스를 연상시킨다. 특별한 자리를 위한 예약도 받는다. 가격은 Thao Dien 인근 동급 레스토랑보다 낮아, 단골들의 높은 재방문율을 어느 정도 설명해준다.
Nothing to complain about the food, really outstanding and delicious. I ordered the smoke platter, and I really enjoyed the selection of meat, especially the beef tongue which was suprisingly good. We initially ordered a combo and 2 other dishes but the waiter told us it was a lot of food for 2, which it was, so hats off to them for the great service and attention to the customer. Highly recommend this place to anyone and I will come back for more.
Amazing experience for our night out. The music band on Friday night was excellent. Food was delicious and staffs were professional/ attentive. Can’t find a flaw - we will be back!

Came across this place by chance, and decided to get out of the rain and eat there. We ended up being the only guests, which was surprising because what was served was excellent. As the name suggests, the place is meat-centric, but everything that came out of the kitchen - including the non meat items - was of excellent standard and presentation. We'll be back when we can. It was a very nice experience.
This is the first time we visit this steakhouse and the experience is excellent. We made a reservation for the X’mas dinner. The ambience of restaurant was nice and reminded me an old fashion steakhouse in Missouri. The appetizers (leek soup and bone marrow) and the sauce were perfect. The steaks (tenderloins and T-bone) were well cooked, the wine sauces, smoke garlics, onions, and pickles went so well with the smoked steaks. Services were also fantastic and just right for a cozy dinning. Definitely recommend it for the steak-lovers.
