Dịch vụ massage cũng thu hút nhiều lượt quay lại từ những khách tìm đến đây vì không gian yên tĩnh, mang phong cách spa hơn là tốc độ phục vụ. Hai nhân viên Vy và Luna được nhiều khách nhắc tên trong đánh giá vì làm việc nhanh nhẹn mà không bỏ sót bất kỳ chi tiết nào.
Salon thu hút cả khách expat lẫn du khách quốc tế — nhiều người trong số họ tìm đến qua các gợi ý trên Xiaohongshu — cùng với khách quen địa phương thường xuyên tận dụng các đợt khuyến mãi định kỳ. Mức giá thuộc hàng cao so với khu vực — dịch vụ hard gel được tính phí premium, và một số dịch vụ bổ sung được thu riêng — vì vậy khách lần đầu nên xác nhận bảng giá đầy đủ trước khi đặt lịch. Với những ai đặt chất lượng dịch vụ và không gian vào phương trình giá trị, The Privé Spa đủ nhất quán để xứng đáng với cả mức giá lẫn lượng khách trung thành mà nơi này đã tích lũy được trên đường Thai Ly.
Such a lovely experience. The massage was exactly what I needed, the head spa was deeply relaxing, and my nails turned out perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I walked out feeling refreshed and pampered.
Absolutely absurd and 100% a tourist trap. Paid VDN$915,000 for hard gel (which is already a premium price even for the expat region). To my surprise, it does not come with coloring?! Had to pay add-on for coloring, and another extra payment for “design”(according to the staff is the shiny layer on top which took 5 secs to do is considered design??) Three individual payments charged for what you see in the picture, judge for yourself. Would not recommend.
Normally I enjoy getting my nails done here and recommended this salon to others because of how well they take care of my nails. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. The staff was different and overall I wasn’t as satisfied with the service. The lady who did my manicure didn’t want to give me a second coat because it would take longer to dry (I always get regular polish because gel breaks off my nails) but the quality looks poor now. It’s only been 5 hours since I left the salon and already the polish has faded from the middle of my nail. The rest have dents, bumps and aren’t fully painted all the way. 😪 it’s just not the same quality as usual. Additionally I felt very rushed. Usually I’m offered a drink and allowed to sit and wait for my nails to dry, but that was not the case during this visit. ***Update: Changed from 3 ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️*** The staff reached out and offered me a complimentary fix at my convenience. The service was much improved the 2nd time around, similar to their usual quality of customer service. I appreciate that they were proactive to find and provide a solution. I can happily still recommend this spa to others.
I found this nail salon on XHS while searching for good places, and it popped up as the top recommendation. I walked in without a booking and the service was superb! They even served welcome drinks for each of us. I did the manicure & pedicure gel package — very professional and detailed. They went the extra mile by helping my aunt buy a pair of slippers from outside the shop because her nails needed more time to dry. Amazing service! Totally recommend getting your nails done here. 💅✨
Great experience here so much! Vy and Luna were amazing, they were so fast and was out here in a giddy. Super pretty nails and highly recommend even if just for a short visit.
