Great service! I've been coming here for massages and waxing for 4 years now, and I love the service—the staff is very friendly. Personally, this is one of my favorite spas in Saigon; the location is great, and so are the facilities!

Saigon Đẹp Spa offers a calm, stylish retreat that’s ideal for couples looking to unwind together. The setting is tastefully designed with a soothing, upscale feel, and the private couple rooms are a real highlight—perfect for enjoying a relaxing massage while still having space to chat and connect. A polished, comfortable experience that feels both intimate and indulgent.
My experience was very disappointing. As a woman, I was placed in a room with a man. At first, I didn’t realize it, but about 15 minutes into my massage, he started snoring extremely loudly. How is anyone supposed to relax and enjoy a massage under those circumstances? I asked to be moved to a different room, but the manager told me I had been placed there because I hadn’t requested a private room. First, no one ever offered me the option of a private room. Second, why are women and men being placed together in the same massage room without asking for their consent? I had originally booked a 60-minute massage, but because of the interruption and the stress of the situation, I ended up extending it to 90 minutes just so I could finally relax. To make matters worse, the manager never apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing.
I had a wonderful exp at this spa. The treatment was relaxing and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Will come back again!
Great massage & facial treatment! Very smooth & efficient for me. Also, every dirty materials were removed from my face. It was fantastic experience in this shop. I recomment to the person who want to get the great masaage with reasonable price!
