Nội Thất COZY - Showroom Song Hành - Furniture store in Thao Dien, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

Bought a table from this store and the build quality is poor , there’s a visible gap/separation at the base where the metal trim meets the body (see photos). It looks like a manufacturing defect, not normal wear. When I raised it with staff, the response was dismissive: I was told “it’s just like this, nothing we can do.” No offer to inspect, repair, or replace. Service overall was slow and unengaged , arrogant. one staff member was on her phone during our conversation at the shop.

Staff HONG GAM very nice, she is many kind. I'll buy a sofa here.
