Tiệm mở cửa hàng ngày từ 8 giờ sáng đến 9 giờ tối, thuận tiện cho cả khách muốn đặt lịch buổi sáng lẫn ghé thăm sau giờ làm.
Không gian tiệm sạch sẽ, với bộ sưu tập màu gel phong phú và nhiều loại túi dầu gội thảo dược — đây là những điểm mạnh được khách hàng nhắc đến nhiều nhất. Nhân viên thường xuyên phục vụ nhiều dịch vụ trong cùng một lần ghé, chẳng hạn vừa massage da đầu, vai, cổ vừa làm móng chân, phù hợp với khách có lịch tự chăm sóc dài mà không muốn vội vàng. Một ly cà phê sữa đá được mang ra giữa buổi là chi tiết nhỏ xuất hiện trong nhiều đánh giá như một cử chỉ đáng nhớ.
Liệu trình massage da đầu, vai và cổ 45 phút liên tục được khuyến nghị trong các đánh giá. Gói gội đầu — có thể kết hợp với chăm sóc da mặt — thu hút lượng khách quen trung thành quay lại chủ yếu vì trải nghiệm gội đầu thảo dược, không chỉ vì dịch vụ nail. Massage chân và sơn gel hoàn thiện danh sách các dịch vụ được nhắc đến nhiều nhất.

Có một điểm đáng lưu ý từ các đánh giá: độ bền của gel đã nhận phản hồi trái chiều, với ít nhất một khách cho biết móng bị tróc sau chưa đầy một ngày. Tốc độ phục vụ cũng có thể kéo dài hơn vào giờ cao điểm. Với những khách ưu tiên dịch vụ tóc và massage, mức độ hài lòng trong các đánh giá cao hơn rõ rệt so với những khách chỉ sử dụng dịch vụ nail.
The staff at Luna Ngyuen salon are very friendly and the overall atmosphere is calming and enjoyable. However,I cannot say the same for the service. I have gotten my nails done(gel polish) and the very next day,my nails got chipped. They were completely uneven and “bumpy”. I hope the they will take feedback into consideration since the salon has a lot of potential.
First time visited this place today and we absolutely loved it! Me and my husband got the 45mins scalp & shoulder & neck massage and the ladies did amazing. I also got the feet massage and gel polish on my nails. 100% satisfied with the service here. Would definitely try to comeback before we fly home!
Today was my first time at this nail salon, I was trying to find a place to wash my hair and do my nails in district 2 and coincidentally found this one. l did medicure and a pedicure along with a herbal hair wash. My first thoughts when l went into this salon was the employees were very friendly and the salon itself was very clean. The place has a lot of gel colors for you to choose from and they also have a lot of herbal shampoo packets. Overall they have a lot of options to choose from and the experience was very nice, I highly recommend it.
4 hours just doing my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure design never got finished since they prioritised recurrent customers, my technician (Linda) got taken away 😤😭. Wonderful job with my pedicure! My manicure never got done. I got stuck doing the cuticles to which I bled and did not file the nails the proper way (see photos below). Novice technician (Lisa) couldn't do the job. I don't blame her. Someone should have monitored her and guided her. Communicate if unable to carry on the services, give heads up in case things get delayed. They kept pushing the time since only two technicians were capable of doing pedicure and manicure. Left frustrated and unsatisfied. The manager Luna should learn how to manage her staff and customers. Be honest and upfront.
I had a wonderful experience at this nail studio! The mani and pedi, complete with a scrub and foot massage, were done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable throughout. The service was top-notch, and I left feeling completely pampered. Highly recommend!
