Phòng xông hơi kiểu Hàn Quốc là điểm khác biệt rõ nhất trong khu vực: phần lớn các chỗ massage ở Thao Dien không có dịch vụ này, và những khách quen mô tả đây là trải nghiệm thư giãn thật sự, chứ không phải chiêu câu khách cho có.
Quy trình đón tiếp được chú trọng rất kỹ. Khách vừa vào đã có trà đá và dưa hấu thái lát; kết thúc buổi là gừng tươi và trà nóng. Spa nhận khách vãng lai không cần đặt trước, nên Chủ Nhật thường đông và đôi khi nhân viên phải xoay xở khá bận rộn vào giờ cao điểm. Đội ngũ người Việt được đánh giá nhất quán là thân thiện và kiên nhẫn — điều quan trọng với một không gian cỡ này, khi thái độ phục vụ chính là thứ quyết định cả buổi.
Spa không có chỗ đậu xe ngay trước cửa, nhưng có khu vực gần đó để xe được. Tệp khách hàng chủ yếu là người nước ngoài định cư lâu dài, cộng đồng người Hàn, và dân địa phương đã biến nơi đây thành thói quen định kỳ. Với 819 đánh giá trên Google và điểm 4.4, bức tranh hiện ra khá nhất quán: kỹ thuật đáng tin, không gian không cầu kỳ màu mè, và những cử chỉ tiếp đón nhỏ bé tạo nên ranh giới giữa một lần giao dịch và một buổi thật sự được phục hồi.
Had a 60-minute full-body oil massage today. The therapist’s technique was great and really hit the sore spots — felt super relaxed afterward. The place is comfortable, with iced tea and watermelon when you arrive, and ginger slices with hot tea after the massage — such a nice touch. It was quite busy on Sunday so the staff seemed a bit rushed, but overall a good experience and I’d come back again.
Worst massage I’ve ever had.❗️This was my first time at this place we booked a one-hour full body couples relaxation oil massage My boyfriend felt pain immediately after the session, and I started feeling a lot of pain a few hours later, especially in my back and one arm. That night I couldn’t sleep because of the discomfort, and I woke up feeling worse😭. I had no pain before I came specifically for a relaxing treatment. From the beginning everything felt rushed. We arrived 15 minutes early, were given tea, and kept being asked if we were ready. We were quickly taken upstairs, rushed to change, and the atmosphere felt tense😖. Some staff were polite, but others were arrogant and unfriendly. No one asked about pressure level, injuries, or areas to avoid, which is basic in any professional spa 😡Overall, this felt careless and very unprofessional. And I wouldn’t recommend it. Adding a photo from our visit the dog was the only highlight
It was pretty wonderful. The facilities were very nice and clarks were kind. I hope to visit here again. I've visited many other spas and massages. I think this spa is the best in this area. Thanks for everything.
I’ve been there more than three times. The first time, I didn’t have a booking, so I got a foot and body massage. The therapist had an amazing technique. The next time, I decided to try a body massage with oil, and it was very relaxing. All therapists at Mandarin Spa are excellent.
